Push notifications
The Lucky Touch Admin app tells the owner and managers what is happening in their venues, even when the app is closed. Each notification comes from a venue alert or from a platform event (venue offline, sync late, security of your account). All of them also stay in the app’s list. Personal settings are made in the app: see Notifications.
Families
Section titled “Families”Each person turns each family on or off, venue by venue.
| Family | Can be turned off |
|---|---|
| Machines et boîtiers (Machines and devices) | yes |
| Argent, caisses et coffre (Money, registers and safe) | yes |
| Serveur de la salle (sauvegardes, mises à jour, synchronisation) (Venue server (backups, updates, sync)) | yes |
| Salle hors ligne, arrêtée, synchronisation en retard (Venue offline, stopped, sync late) | yes |
| Sécurité de la plateforme (Platform security) | always on for the owner |
| Mes appareils (nouvelle connexion, déconnexion) (My devices (new sign-in, sign-out)) | always on (it protects your account) |
Severities and recipients
Section titled “Severities and recipients”| Severity | What triggers it | Who receives it |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | Any critical venue alert; a venue offline (after the set delay) or stopped by the platform. | owner, administrators, operations |
| Important | These venue alerts: gaming day not closed, register gap to decide, manual payment not paid, safe withdrawal to approve, payment mode correction to approve, backup late, update failed, update rolled back (previous version restored), sync late, approval code blocked; a safe request; a refill auto-approved for lack of answer. | owner, administrators (a safe request: also operations, supervisors) |
| Information | A venue back online; the test sent from the app. | owner, administrators |
Other venue warnings go only to the list in the app, without ringing; a venue alert that is mere information is not sent. A person can also choose a minimum severity: below it, the notification only goes to the list.
Grouping
Section titled “Grouping”- Machine offline: notified only if it is still offline after a short delay (90 s by default): an outage of a few seconds wakes no one.
- Burst: beyond 5 new alerts from a venue in 2 minutes (a power cut…), a single grouped notification is sent (“Salle Démo Nord — 23 nouvelles alertes”); the detail stays in the app.
- Limit per phone: at most 10 notifications in 10 minutes (30 for critical ones); beyond that, a grouped reminder is sent at the end of the 10 minutes.
- Same alert back: an alert that disappeared and came back only notifies again after 30 minutes.
- A notification that comes back replaces the previous one on the phone, instead of piling up.
The owner can change these values: Company settings, Notifications section.
Quiet hours
Section titled “Quiet hours”During quiet hours, only critical alerts ring (unless the person chooses to silence critical ones too). The others are kept, and a summary is sent at the end of the period. Each person chooses their period in the app; otherwise the company proposes one: « Aucune », « 22:00:00 → 07:00:00 », « 23:00:00 → 07:00:00 », « 00:00:00 → 06:00:00 », « 21:00:00 → 06:00:00 ».
Lock screen
Section titled “Lock screen”What a notification shows on a locked phone:
| Level | What is shown |
|---|---|
| Minimal | “Salle Démo Nord — alerte critique” (venue and severity only) |
| Standard | the machine and the time, never an amount |
| Complet | with the amounts |
Each person chooses at most the level set by the company; the security role never receives an amount.
