Amount buttons and promotions

Amount buttons are the quick amounts the cashier taps to credit a machine (“10,000”, “50,000”…), instead of typing the amount. The screen has no entry of its own in the menu: you reach it through the Boutons de montants → (Amount buttons →) link at the top of Settings.

The administrator makes changes; operations consult.

The Catalogue block lists the quick amounts offered at the register, in increasing order of amount.

  1. Click Ajouter un bouton (Add a button) (or Modifier, Edit, on a line).
  2. Give a Nom (Name) (what is shown on the button, for example “50,000”) and a Montant (Amount).
  3. Click Ajouter (Add) (or Enregistrer, Save). Two buttons cannot have the same name.

Supprimer (Delete) removes a button from the catalogue, after confirmation.

By default, each machine inherits the catalogue: the register offers it all the buttons, by amount. For a low-stake or high-stake machine, you can give it its own buttons.

  1. In the Par machine (By machine) block, choose the Machine.
  2. Choose a button in Ajouter un bouton (Add a button) then click Ajouter (Add); remove some with Retirer (Remove); change the order with the Monter (Move up) / Descendre (Move down) arrows. The order is the display order at the register.
  3. Click Enregistrer l’ordre (Save the order). The screen then says « Boutons propres à cette machine » (Buttons specific to this machine).

To give a machine back the catalogue buttons: Revenir au catalogue… (Back to the catalogue…).

The venue’s promotions register: each one has a Nom (Name), a Groupe de machines (Machine group), a period (Début, Start, Fin, End, in venue time), a number of Points and, if needed, Conditions.

  1. You need at least one machine group (see Machines): without a group, the screen says so.
  2. Click Créer une promotion (Create a promotion), fill in the fields, save. The end must come after the start.
  3. Modifier (Edit) and Supprimer (Delete) are on each line (administrator).

Each creation, change or deletion is recorded in the audit log, with the before and after.
