Lucky Touch at a glance

Lucky Touch runs a slot machine venue. It connects each machine to a device, takes the players’ money at the register, credits and empties the machines, keeps the safe and the accounts, and reports to the owner, on the phone and on the web.

The device (Lucky Device)

Plugged into each machine. It carries out the venue’s orders — credit, withdraw — and sends back the proof of what the machine really did, with its meters.

The venue server

A PC installed in the venue. It holds the money, the machines, the registers, the reports and the backups, and it works without Internet.

The register

On the main register, on a tablet or on a phone: take money in, credit, pay out, close.

The venue back office

In the web browser, for operations, finance, security and the technician: monitor, configure, check, report.

The platform and the owner app

The online back office brings together all the venues of a company. The Lucky Touch Admin app puts them in the owner’s pocket, with notifications and remote approvals.

  1. Only what is proven is credited. The register asks, the device carries it out, the machine confirms. Only what the machine really transferred is counted — never what was asked for.
  2. The venue is in charge of its money. It works on its own, even if Internet is down for days. The online platform shows the state of the venue at a given date and time. When the platform acts remotely, the venue carries it out.
  3. Everything is set in the back office. The words shown on the register, the receipts, the payment modes, the shifts, the quick amounts: each venue sets its own, with no terminal.
