Approve from your phone

From Lucky Touch Admin, a manager can decide without being in the venue: authorize or refuse a register’s request, approve a safe outflow, clear a machine stuck “in play”, remove a PIN. Every decision goes through a confirmation sheet that says exactly what will be done.

What is guaranteed

A sensitive action requires your presence: your fingerprint or your face. On a phone without biometrics, it is your venue approval code for an action in a venue (see My approval code), or your online password for an action on the company.
The venue carries out only what you confirmed, only once: a double tap or a retry never does the same action twice.
The venue stays in charge of its money: authorizing a request records nothing; money moves only at the register, when the cash changes hands.

A button appears only if your role allows the action. If the company’s subscription is read-only, the actions that open or authorize something disappear; removing a PIN, deactivating a person, “Ce n’est pas moi” and cancelling your action remain possible.

Authorize or refuse a refill request

When a cashier asks the safe for cash (Coffre → caisse — Safe → register, a refill) or wants to put cash in it (Caisse → coffre — Register → safe, a drop), managers receive the notification « Nouvelle demande de ravitaillement d’une caisse, à autoriser » (New refill request from a register, to authorize; or « … de dépôt au coffre … » — … drop to the safe …). Tapping it opens Argent → the venue → Coffre (Money → the venue → Safe), directly on Demandes des caisses (Register requests). See also Safe: refill, drop, requests.

In Demandes des caisses → En attente (Register requests → Pending), read the request: the direction, the Montant (Amount), the Caisse (Register), « Demandée … par … » (Requested … by …), the Motif (Reason).
Tap Autoriser (Authorize) (or Refuser — Refuse).
The Autoriser la demande de la caisse (Authorize the register’s request) sheet repeats the venue, the register, the direction, the amount and the time. Add a Note if you want.
Tap Autoriser (Authorize), then place your finger (or look at the screen) when the phone asks.
The sheet follows the order all the way to the venue: Envoyé à la salle (Sent to the venue), then Exécuté (Done). Fermer (Close) when it is done.

What happens next:

An authorized refill moves to Autorisées, à exécuter (Authorized, to carry out) with « À exécuter à la caisse quand les espèces passent » (To carry out at the register when the cash changes hands). The cashier carries it out herself when she receives the cash: only then is the movement recorded in the safe and the register. You are the one who authorized it.
An authorized drop shows « À exécuter par l’exploitation (élévation à la caisse) quand les espèces passent » (To carry out by operations (elevation at the register) when the cash changes hands): a drop is carried out only by operations, at the register; your authorization is a visible green light, not the execution.

Refuser (Refuse) asks for a reason (« Pourquoi la demande est refusée » — Why the request is refused, at least 3 characters): « Rien ne bouge : la demande se ferme avec votre motif, la caisse le voit et ne peut plus l’exécuter. » (Nothing moves: the request closes with your reason, the register sees it and can no longer carry it out.) A request that is already authorized can still be refused: the register can no longer carry it out, and « si les espèces sont déjà passées, la caisse doit le dire à l’exploitation » (if the cash has already changed hands, the register must tell operations).

When no one answers

The Quand personne ne répond (When no one answers) section of the Safe groups three venue settings. Each one can be turned off in the venue (« … désactivée dans cette salle (BO de la salle : Paramètres → Réglages). » — … turned off in this venue (venue back office: Settings → Settings)., see Settings).

Day’s reserve: authorize in advance

The reserve automatically authorizes refills (Coffre → caisse — Safe → register) that fit in what is left, until it is used up or until the chosen time. The cashier carries them out when the cash changes hands.

Tap Autoriser à l’avance (Authorize in advance).
Montant de la réserve (Reserve amount): the total ceiling.
Choose Fin de la journée de jeu (End of the gaming day) or Jusqu’à une heure (Until a time), then the time in HH:MM format (venue time).
Continuer (Continue), then confirm with your fingerprint.

The Réserve du jour (Day’s reserve) card then shows the Reste (Left), Accordée (Granted), Consommée (Used), Jusqu’à (Until), Par (By), and the number of requests authorized by the reserve (marked « Autorisée par la réserve du jour » — Authorized by the day’s reserve). Révoquer (Revoke) stops it: « Plus aucune demande n’y puise ; celles qui y ont puisé sans être encore exécutées redeviennent « en attente » (à autoriser ou refuser). » (No more requests draw on it; those that drew on it but are not carried out yet go back to “pending” (to authorize or refuse).)

Person on duty

A shift’s person on duty receives the register requests first, as a critical notification; the other managers are told only at the reminder. No money moves.

On the Personne de garde (Person on duty) card, tap Changer (Change).
Choose an operations person of the venue, or Personne (No one; all managers are told).
Tap Confirmer (Confirm) in the Personne de garde — shift « … » (Person on duty — shift “…”) sheet.

Auto-approval

Read-only: the venue’s rule (« Sans réponse au bout de … min : jusqu’à … par demande, … par shift. » — No answer after … min: up to … per request, … per shift.), what was auto-approved during the shift, the Reste du plafond (Ceiling left) and the latest auto-approvals, the most recent at the top. The owner and the administrators get a notification for each auto-approval.

Approve or refuse a safe outflow

Safe outflows above the venue’s approval ceiling wait for an administrator in Sorties à valider (Outflows to approve): amount, « Vers » (To), « Demandée … par … » (Requested … by …), reason, « Plafond franchi » (Ceiling exceeded), and in orange what would block the approval.

Valider (Approve): « La sortie s’écrit au coffre de la salle quand elle reçoit l’ordre (contrepartie et solde re-contrôlés) ; vous en êtes le valideur. » (The outflow is recorded in the venue’s safe when the venue receives the order (counterpart and balance checked again); you are its approver.) Reason optional.
Refuser (Refuse): reason required (at least 5 characters). « Rien ne bouge au coffre : la demande se ferme, avec votre motif. » (Nothing moves in the safe: the request closes, with your reason.)

The other roles see « Lecture seule : valider ou refuser une sortie du coffre est réservé aux administrateurs. » (Read-only: approving or refusing a safe outflow is reserved for administrators.).

The confirmation sheet

Each sheet shows Ce qui va être fait (What will be done; the venue, the machine or the person, the exact amount, times to the second) and the sentence describing the effect. A sensitive action adds « Geste sensible : votre présence est vérifiée par la plateforme. » (Sensitive action: your presence is checked by the platform.), a strong action « Geste fort : votre présence est vérifiée, avec le motif et le nom tapé. » (Strong action: your presence is checked, with the reason and the typed name.). The sheet also says how you will confirm (« Ce téléphone a la biométrie : le geste se confirme par votre empreinte ou votre visage. » — This phone has biometrics: the action is confirmed with your fingerprint or your face.).

An action aimed at a venue becomes an order that the venue carries out:

While the order is waiting: Actualiser (Refresh) reads its state again, Annuler cette action (Cancel this action) withdraws it if it has not yet been handed to the venue.

My pending actions

Réglages → Gestes → Mes actions en attente (Settings → Actions → My pending actions) lists your actions that the venue has not carried out yet, the most recent at the top: what they do, the venue, « envoyée le … » (sent on …), and their state. Annuler (Cancel) withdraws an action not yet handed to the venue (« Action annulée : rien n’a été fait. » — Action cancelled: nothing was done.). Empty list: « Aucune action en attente : la salle a exécuté (ou refusé) tout ce que vous avez envoyé. » (No pending actions: the venue has carried out (or refused) everything you sent.).

Common refusals
