Statements

Five statements, five entries in the Rapports (Reports) menu. They are all read the same way:

  1. Choose the period in gaming days (and, when the statement allows it, a shift).
  2. Add the statement’s filters (machine, mode, category…).
  3. Read the preview: it is the document itself. A line that points to a record (a transfer, a register, a manual payment…) opens with one click.
  4. Click Exporter (Export), choose the format (PDF, Excel, CSV): the file uses exactly the period and the filters.

Each download is recorded in the audit log. A document that is too long is never cut off: it is refused. The message gives its number of lines and the ceiling, and invites you to narrow the filters or the period, or to request a deferred export.

Which game is the most played (in games played), the most profitable (result = bets − wins, jackpots included), its bets, its actual hold against the declared rate, its average bet, its last game.

  • Portée (Scope): Salle (Venue) (a game on three machines = one line) or Par machine (By machine) (one machine or Toutes les machines, All machines).
  • Tri (Sort): Le plus joué (Most played), Le plus bénéfique (Most profitable), Mises (Bets), Gains (Wins), Hold réel (Actual hold), Mise moyenne (Average bet), Dernière partie (Last game) — or click a column header.
  • A negative result is shown in red. A hold calculated on too few games is marked « peu fiable » (unreliable).
  • Not measured games (no reading over the period) are listed under the table, with their reason — never counted as zero.

A game with no name given by the venue offers a link to name it in the catalogue: see Machine games.

Credits from a payment mode not in takings (complimentary) actually transferred by the machine: a cost for the venue, never takings. The amount is net (complimentary credits minus withdrawals of those credits). Filters: shift, Machine, Mode. Refunds of uncertain coins from a pulse machine are a payment, not complimentary: they are listed in grey and counted separately.

One line per event, read from its own register, with two columns Perte (Loss) and Profit that never offset each other. Catégorie (Category) filter:

  • Écarts de caisse à la clôture (à rechercher) (Register discrepancies at closing (to investigate))
  • Écarts de remise absorbés (Hand-in discrepancies absorbed)
  • Pertes absorbées (Losses absorbed)
  • Pertes en transit (Losses in transit)
  • Pièces incertaines rendues (Uncertain coins refunded)
  • Ajustements d’inventaire du coffre (Safe inventory adjustments)
  • Créances « non réclamées » (“Unclaimed” debts)

Register discrepancies still to investigate are listed separately, in amber, and stay outside the recorded losses and profits until they are decided in Floats and player balances.

Gross gaming income machine by machine, SAS and pulse, for the supervisory authority: bets, wins, jackpots, manual payments, games played, income, hold, gaming days read, meter breaks, big wins and interventions. Filters: Machine, Famille (Family) (SAS or Pulse). “—” means not applicable to this type of machine; « non mesuré » (not measured), that the measurement is missing.

The document carries a fingerprint of its content, identical from one edition to the next for the same period: the regulator can check that it is given the same statement twice.

The register of wins paid by hand (SAS manual payments that occurred, pulse manual payments) from the venue’s threshold upwards, with their proof. Filters: shift, Machine, Famille (Family). A pulse manual payment whose amount has not been declared yet is listed as a precaution.

The threshold is set in Settings (« Gains importants : seuil », Big wins: threshold; link Régler le seuil →, Set the threshold →, for the administrator). By default it is 0: all wins paid by hand are listed, never a win hidden for lack of a setting.
