Live floor

Salle en direct (Live floor) shows every machine in the venue on a grid that updates continuously. Each card gives the machine’s state in one word; colour appears only when there is something to do. Clicking a card opens the machine’s record (see Machines).

  • The title gives the number of machines and how many are online (“24 machines · 22 en ligne”, 24 machines · 22 online).
  • The En direct · Tendances tabs (Live · Trends): Tendances shows the venue charts (see Trends). The tab you chose last is remembered on this computer.
  • The alerts block: the number of unacknowledged alerts, including critical ones, and the three most urgent, each with a link. See Alerts.
  • The current day: “Journée du 23/09 · Soir, jusqu’à 02:00:00” (Day of 23/09 · Evening, until 02:00:00: the current shift and its end time), and who holds the register (“caisse : Caissière A · tablette : Caissière B”, register: Cashier A · tablet: Cashier B).
  • The money in progress (not for security): four clickable counters that open the matching list.
Counter What it counts Opens
Encaissements en cours (Intakes in progress) the number, and the amount still to credit Intakes
Créances à payer (Debts to pay) the number, and the total owed by the venue Debts
Remises de tablettes (Tablet hand-ins) the pending hand-ins Tablets
Anomalies à régulariser (Anomalies to adjust) the unfunded intakes the adjustment (directly if there is only one)
  • Tous les états (All states), À traiter (To handle), Hors ligne (Offline), En jeu (In play): each segment shows its count.
  • Groupe (Group): the machines in one group (an administrator creates groups in Exploitation → Machines → Fabricants et groupes…, Operations → Machines → Manufacturers and groups…). With no filter, the grid is split into sections, one per group, then “Sans groupe” (No group).
  • Fabricant (Manufacturer).

Machines stay in their natural order (D-01, D-02… D-10). If no machine matches, Retirer les filtres (Clear filters) shows everything again.

A card shows: the machine number in large type, the manufacturer, the denomination (or, for a pulse machine, its type and the value of one coin), the current credit and the state.

State shown What it means
en ligne (online) The machine answers; nobody is playing.
en jeu (in play) A game is in progress (halo around the dot).
porte ouverte (door open) (or another lasting state) The machine reported a lasting state, with “depuis 14:32:05” (since 14:32:05); it stays shown until it ends.
the last event (tilt, fault) The last event the machine reported, with its time.
paiement manuel en attente (manual payment pending) · clé tournée · à payer (key turned · to pay) A manual payment is waiting to be settled. See Manual payments.
SAS coupé (SAS cut) The device no longer talks to the machine.
transfert en cours (transfer in progress) A credit or a withdrawal has been sent to the machine (“+200,000 Ar · 14:02:11”).
transfert incertain (uncertain transfer) A transfer is waiting for its verdict. See Transfers.
remplacement à confirmer (replacement to confirm) The device reads a different machine from the one on the record. See Devices.
hors ligne (offline) No more contact; the card says “depuis …” (since …) or “dernier contact inconnu” (last contact unknown).
déno inconnue · pas prête (denomination unknown · not ready) The machine has not given its denomination yet: the register cannot credit it.
à adopter (to adopt) A device has just announced itself without a machine. Ouvrir l’adoption → (Open adoption →). See Adding machines.

For a pulse machine followed by a device, there are other states: en test (mise en service) (in test, commissioning), paiement manuel en attente (manual payment pending), remise à zéro en attente (reset pending), remise à zéro à relancer (reset to retry), compteurs en désaccord (meters disagree), pièces incertaines (uncertain coins), paiement hopper (hopper payment), jeu automatique (auto play). On an S5500, small auto and porte ouverte (door open) badges stay visible even when another state takes the front. A pulse machine without a device shows sans suivi en direct (no live tracking). See Pulse machines.

The credit of a pulse machine depends on its type: an S5500 shows the balance on the device; a V5500 or a Sigma on direct register shows crédit non mesuré (credit not measured).

If the back office loses its link with the server, credits stay on screen but are underlined as stale, the state becomes état inconnu (state unknown), and the numbers in the title are marked “(figé)” (frozen). Everything updates as soon as the link is back, with no action on your part.

A venue with no machine shows Aucune machine dans la salle (No machine in the venue) and the Voir les boîtiers en attente (See pending devices) button: plug in a device, it announces itself, you adopt it, and the machine appears here as soon as it has restarted.
