Daily and shift reports

The screen opens the gaming day’s Rapport des machines (Machines report): for each machine, what the register took in and paid out (Entrées caisse − Sorties caisse = Recette caisse, Register in − Register out = Register takings), complimentary shown separately, the machine’s meters and the difference between the two. Under the table, for a single gaming day, the Ventilation par shift (Breakdown by shift) gives the same figures shift by shift.

The on-screen preview is the exported file: same columns, same lines, same total. Nothing is recalculated separately.

  1. Choose the report in the Rapport (Report) list. It holds the venue’s whole catalogue, for example: « Synthèse de la journée » (Gaming day summary), « Rapport de caisse (sessions clôturées) » (Register report (closed sessions)), « Journal des transferts » (Transfer log), « Journal des paiements manuels » (Manual payment log), « Grand livre du coffre » (Safe ledger), « Registre des régularisations » (Adjustments register), « Performance par machine » (Performance by machine), « Inventaire du parc (machines et boîtiers) » (Fleet inventory (machines and devices))…
  2. Choose the period (one gaming day, a range, or Mois en cours (Current month) / Mois précédent (Previous month)). A report marked « état, sans période » (status, no period) shows the state at that instant.
  3. Click Exporter (Export), then PDF, Excel or CSV.

Some reports have their own, richer screen, and a link leads to it: the games ranking (Rapports → Jeux, Reports → Games), the GAMING statement (Period closes), the income statement.

For one gaming day, one card per shift, then the gaming day’s total.

Each card shows:

  • the shift’s name, its actual times and its status: terminé (finished), en cours (in progress) or à venir (to come) (“to come” does not mean “nothing done”);
  • Recette = entrées − sorties (Takings = in − out), in large type;
  • the breakdown: Crédits (Credits), Retraits (Withdrawals), Paiements manuels (Manual payments), Paiements manuels (pulse) (Manual payments (pulse)), Sorties comptoir (Counter payouts), and Offerts (nets) (Complimentary (net)) shown separately;
  • what was taken in, mode by mode;
  • Qui tenait la caisse (Who held the register): each cashier and each tablet, their times and their number of movements (« Personne n’a tenu la caisse pendant ce shift », Nobody held the register during this shift, otherwise);
  • late proofs received from a previous shift, flagged, never hidden;
  • the most active machines.

A shift with no movement appears at zero: it is never left out. The Total de la journée (Gaming day total) is calculated separately by the server, then compared with the sum of the shifts.

  1. Choose the gaming day with the selector (arrows Journée précédente (Previous day) / next, or a date).
  2. Click Exporter (Export) for the Rapport par shift (Shift report) as PDF, Excel or CSV.
