The Accueil (Home) screen shows at a glance every venue in your scope: whether each one is up to date, its alerts, its takings for the day and, for administrators, its backups. The app shows it right away with the last data it read, then updates it in the background.

At the bottom of the screen (on a tablet, in a column on the left): Accueil · Alertes · Argent · Salle · Réglages (Home · Alerts · Money · Venue · Settings).

  • Alertes (Alerts) carries a red badge: the number of critical alerts.
  • Argent (Money) appears only for roles that can read money: owner, administrator, operations, supervisor, finance. Security and the technician do not see it.

At the top of the screen: the name of the venue shown (or Toutes les salles — All venues) followed by ▾, and the venue’s freshness badge. Tap it: the Salle affichée (Venue shown) sheet lists Toutes les salles, then each venue with its badge. The choice applies to the Accueil, Alertes, Argent and Salle tabs.

On the Home screen, tapping a venue’s card selects it; tapping it again goes back to all venues.

Each venue carries a word, in colour:

Word What it means
À jour (Up to date) The platform is receiving the venue’s state.
Dernier état connu (Last known state) The state received is a little old: the figures are those of that moment.
Hors ligne (Offline) The venue no longer talks to the platform. It keeps working on its own; immediate actions are unavailable.
Arrêtée (Stopped) The platform has stopped the venue (for example after « Ce n’est pas moi » — It wasn’t me): figures not reliable.
Jamais vue (Never seen) No contact from the venue since it was linked.
Non mesuré (Not measured) Freshness cannot be established.

Under the name, a sentence gives the time, in the venue’s time zone, for example « État de la salle au 21/10/2026 à 14:32:05 (heure de la salle) » (Venue state at 21/10/2026 14:32:05, venue time) or « Salle hors ligne depuis … — les gestes immédiats sont indisponibles » (Venue offline since … — immediate actions are unavailable).

From top to bottom:

  1. A subscription banner, if the company’s subscription needs your attention (see Subscription).
  2. Recette du jour (Today’s takings; all venues, if there are several): one card per currency — never any conversion between currencies. Recette brute (Gross takings; provisoire — provisional — badge while the gaming day is in progress), Recette nette (Net takings), Salles comptées (Venues counted). A venue counted on its last known state is marked « — dernier connu » (last known), a venue with doubtful figures « — non fiable » (not reliable), a venue with no figure « — hors total : » (left out of the total:) with the reason.
  3. Sécurité (Security; owner and administrators): the number of security alerts and the most recent one. The details are in the Alertes tab.
  4. Salles (Venues): one card per venue.

A venue card gives:

  • Alertes (Alerts): « Aucune » (None), or the number of critical, warning and info alerts; then the most important ones, with « · depuis 14:32:05 » (since 14:32:05).
  • The day’s Recette brute (Gross takings), Recette nette (Net takings), Solde espèces (Cash balance), with « provisoire » (provisional) during the day.
  • Sauvegarde (Backup; administrators): « dernière réussie … » (last successful …), « en cours » (in progress), « échec … » (failed …), or « aucune sauvegarde encore » (no backup yet).
  • Mise à jour (Update), when an update of the venue server is in progress or needs reporting.
  • Pull the screen down to read it again. At the top, « Mis à jour il y a 12 s » (Updated 12 s ago) tells you how old what you see is.
  • Without Internet, the app shows the last data read on this phone, with « Hors connexion — données lues le … » (Offline — data read on …).
  • After 72 h, it stops showing them: « Reconnectez-vous à Internet pour afficher les données : celles de ce téléphone ont plus de 72 h et ne s’affichent plus. » (Reconnect to the Internet to show the data: the data on this phone is more than 72 h old and is no longer shown.)
