Machine games
A multi-game machine announces the list of its games. The device reads each game (its name, its denomination, its meters), and the server keeps a game catalogue for the venue. There you give each game a readable name: it then shows everywhere, on every machine that has this game.
The catalogue: Exploitation → Jeux
Section titled “The catalogue: Exploitation → Jeux”The list of every game read in the venue: Jeu (Game), Identité SAS (SAS identity), Machines that have it, Nom (Name). The À nommer (To name) filter shows the games that do not have a name given by the venue yet; Rechercher un jeu (Search for a game) searches by name, SAS name, pay table or category.
Name or rename a game
Section titled “Name or rename a game”Administrator only.
- On the game’s row, click Nommer… (Name…) (or Renommer…, Rename…).
- The panel recalls the Nom lu (SAS) (Name read, SAS), the identity, the pay table and the machines.
- Enter the Nom du jeu (Game name) (80 characters at most) and, if you wish, a Catégorie (Category). Empty = “à nommer” (to name): the name read on the machine is shown.
- Save.
The game is renamed on every machine that has it, in the reports and in the games played. The renaming is written to the audit log (your name, the time, the old and new names). If someone renamed it in the meantime, the Renommé entre-temps (Renamed in the meantime) banner shows you the new name before you save.
A machine’s games: Games tab
Section titled “A machine’s games: Games tab”Exploitation → Machines → the machine → Jeux (Operations → Machines → the machine → Games) (SAS machines). Choose the period (gaming days). For each game: N° (No.), Jeu (Game), Déno du jeu (Game denomination), Mise max (Max bet), RTP annoncé (Stated RTP), Parties (Games played), Mises (Bets), Gains (Wins), Résultat (Result), Hold réel (Actual hold). At the bottom, the game totals are compared with the machine’s meters.
What the tab can say:

| “montant inconnu” / “inconnue” (amount unknown / unknown) | The machine does not provide this game’s denomination: its games played are counted, not its amounts. Nothing is guessed. |
| “peu fiable” (unreliable) (hold) | Too few games played over the period for a reliable hold. |
Relire les jeux (Re-read the games) (operations) asks the device to re-read the list. The acknowledgement shows live: Relecture des jeux en cours (Game re-read in progress), then the tab updates. A busy device refuses: try again in a moment. A device that is too old says so: it must be updated.
The game ranking: Rapports → Jeux
Section titled “The game ranking: Rapports → Jeux”The Classement des jeux (Game ranking) compares games over a period, for the Salle (Venue) or Par machine (By machine). Sort: Le plus joué (Most played: number of games played, the default), Le plus bénéfique (Most profitable: result = bets − wins), Mises (Bets), Gains (Wins), Hold réel (Actual hold), Mise moyenne (Average bet), Dernière partie (Last game). No percentage share is shown: it would lie with a negative result.
The Non mesurés (Not measured) section lists the games with no reading over the period: they are never counted as zero. The ranking can be exported (export button at the top).
Ring a device
Section titled “Ring a device”To find a machine in the venue: on its record (header) or in Exploitation → Boîtiers (Operations → Devices) (the device’s row), click Faire sonner (Ring). The device rings for about ten seconds and shows “C’EST MOI” (IT’S ME). The device’s acknowledgement shows live.

Per machine, game reading is set on the record (Paramètres → Lecture des jeux, Settings → Game reading).
