Venues

Salles de la compagnie (Company venues) lists your venues and is where you add one. A venue is linked to the company with a short code, for one use only, that you give to the venue’s technician. Then you confirm that it really is your venue that linked. At the top, « N / M salles couvertes » (N / M venues covered) says how many your subscription allows.

Add a venue

+ Ajouter une salle (+ Add a venue).
Nom de la salle (Venue name; for example “Salle Démo Nord”), Code de la salle (Venue code; suggested from the name), Devise de la salle (Venue currency; required), Fuseau de la salle (Venue time zone; by default the company’s).
Ajouter la salle (Add the venue).
The Code de rattachement de … (Link code for …) shows in very large type (format XXXX-XXXX), with a QR code and its deadline. It is shown only once.
Send it to the venue’s technician: Copier le code (Copy the code), Partager (Share) or Partager par WhatsApp (Share via WhatsApp).
J’ai noté le code (I have noted the code).

What the technician does with it depends on the venue PC:

PC already installed: in the venue back office, Paramètres → Plateforme (Settings → Platform), they type the code in Code de rattachement (Link code), then Rattacher (Link) (see Linking the venue).
New PC: the PC neuf : la commande du technicien (New PC: the technician’s command) part gives the installation command to type on the venue PC, with the code; you share it with them as is (see Install a venue PC). You have nothing to type yourself.

Confirm “C’est bien ma salle” (This is my venue)

As soon as the venue has linked, a banner announces it everywhere (« Une salle vient de se rattacher : … » — A venue has just linked: …) and the venue carries the en attente de votre confirmation (waiting for your confirmation) tag. Until you confirm, it sends its data but receives nothing from the company (no people, no PINs) and does not appear in any of your screens.

On the venue’s card, check what it declared: Nom du PC déclaré (Declared PC name), Première connexion (First connection; in venue time), Depuis l’adresse (From address), Devise (Currency), Version.
If it really is your venue’s PC: C’est bien ma salle (This is my venue), then confirm. The company’s people and their PINs reach it within a minute.
Otherwise: Ce n’est pas ma salle… (This is not my venue…), write the reason (required, for example “unknown PC”), then confirm.

“Ce n’est pas ma salle” immediately cuts the unknown server off from the platform; what it sent is kept apart, as evidence. The venue goes back to en attente de rattachement (waiting to be linked) with a new code, to send to the technician of your real venue.

An active venue offers Ouvrir ses écrans → (Open its screens →).

Adopt a venue that already existed

A venue that was already running before it was linked has its own accounts (cashiers, managers). After “C’est bien ma salle”, the banner « … confirmée : rapprochez ses comptes » (… confirmed: match its accounts) offers Ouvrir l’adoption → (Open the adoption →): the job is to link each venue account to a company person.

Compagnie → Adoption des salles (Company → Venue adoption): with Toutes les salles (All venues), the list of venues and their adoption state; open the venue. The Adoption en cours (Adoption in progress) banner appears.
In À rattacher (To link), for each venue account, choose Rattacher à (Link to): Nouvelle personne (même identifiant) (New person (same username)), or Même personne que … (Same person as …; the same cashier in two venues is one single person), the Rôle (Role), then Rattacher (Link).
The Comptes de la salle (Venue accounts) table shows how far you have got.
When everything is linked, the owner uses Clore l’adoption… (Close the adoption…) with a reason.
