Drawer ledger, history, transfers
Three screens answer “what happened?”: your register’s ledger (every money movement), the transfer history (every credit and every withdrawal, with the device’s proof) and Mon historique (My history: everything you did, on all your sheets). The most recent is always at the top.

Historique (History) button at the top of the screen; the Grand livre (Ledger) link in the À traiter (To do) panel. A tablet does not have the register’s transfer history: its transfers are in Mon historique (My history).

The register ledger
Section titled “The register ledger”The Grand livre de la caisse (Register ledger) screen shows, under its title, the register and its opening time (“Caisse de Caissière A · ouverte à 16:00:03”, Register of Caissière A · opened at 16:00:03). One line per movement:

Nothing is ever erased there: a mistake is corrected with a new movement, visible in its turn. Even a zero movement (linking or unlinking a tablet) leaves a line there.
- Tap a transfer line: the device’s proof opens (below).
- Tap an intake or a payment: Signaler une erreur de mode (Report a wrong mode) opens, if the payment mode was wrong (see Report a wrong payment mode).
The transfer history
Section titled “The transfer history”The Historique des transferts (Transfer history) screen lists your register’s credits and withdrawals: Heure (Time), Machine, Sens (Direction), Montant (Amount), État (State), Référence (Reference). To find a transfer:
- type a N° machine (Machine no.);
- choose a state: Tous les états (All states), complété (completed), partiel (partial), refusé (refused), incertain (uncertain), en attente (pending);
- choose a period: Depuis l’ouverture (Since opening), Aujourd’hui (Today), 7 jours (7 days).

The proof of a transfer
Section titled “The proof of a transfer”The title says what happened and where (“Crédit sur la D-02”, Credit on D-02), then the payment mode and a Référence pour le support (Reference for support). Below, the timeline, step by step, to the second:
- Ordre créé (Order created) — the amount, who requested it (or “bouton cash-out du joueur”, player’s cash-out button).
- Envoyé au boîtier (Sent to the device) — or Non transmis (Not transmitted) if the device was unreachable (“l’ordre partira à son retour”, the order will leave when it is back).
- Preuve du boîtier (Device proof) — the machine’s meters before → after, and the actual amount the machine really took or paid back.
- Verdict — completed, partial, refused or uncertain.
- Ligne du grand livre (Ledger line) — the movement written, with the balance before → after; “Aucune : rien n’a bougé.” (None: nothing moved.) for a refusal.
Depending on the case, two buttons are added: Saisir la référence (Enter the reference: a withdrawal paid with mobile money whose reference is missing) and Signaler une erreur de mode (Report a wrong mode).
Resolve an uncertain transfer (operations)
Section titled “Resolve an uncertain transfer (operations)”An uncertain transfer stays pending, with no final entry, until operations decides. The red box reminds you: “Vous engagez de l’argent réel. Vérifiez le crédit affiché sur la machine avant de résoudre. Une résolution erronée crée un écart de caisse à la clôture.” (You are committing real money. Check the credit shown on the machine before resolving. A wrong resolution creates a register variance at closing.)
Who can: AdministratorOperationsSupervisor
- Check the credit shown on the machine.
- Write the Note de résolution (Resolution note: what you checked on the machine).
- A manager identifies on the device (“Action réservée à l’exploitation” (Action reserved for operations) → S’identifier (Identify) → Élever (Elevate)).
- They choose Résoudre : complété (Resolve: completed), Résoudre : échoué (Resolve: failed), or Redemander la preuve (Ask for the proof again) from the device.
My history
Section titled “My history”Mon historique (My history) gathers everything you did, on all your sheets (not only the open register): “chaque ligne dit son état tel que le serveur le sert, en direct” (each line shows its state as the server serves it, live).
- Tabs: Transferts (Transfers), Créances (Debts), Encaissements (Intakes), Remises (Hand-ins), Corrections — and, on a tablet, Payés au guichet (Paid at the counter: its withdrawals paid at the counter, with the code of each debt).
- Period: Shift en cours (Current shift), Journée (Day) (“Journée JJ n° 100 du 25/09”, Day JJ n° 100 of 25/09), Tout (All).
- Pages: Précédente (Previous), Suivante (Next) (“Page 1 sur 3 · 58 lignes”, Page 1 of 3 · 58 lines).
A debt created by your tablet and paid at the main register changes to “payée” (paid) live. An intake or a payment made on one of your sheets opens on Signaler une erreur de mode; an approved correction can be reprinted from here.
