App code and biometrics
Lucky Touch Admin never opens without your fingerprint, your face or your 6-digit code. It locks every time you open it and every time you come back to it after a while in the background. The code belongs to the app: it never leaves the phone, and it is not the phone’s unlock code.
Choose your code
Section titled “Choose your code”The Choisissez votre code (Choose your code) screen opens right after your first sign-in (password and second factor). Nothing else opens before it.
- Type 6 digits on the keypad.
- Type it a second time.
- The app opens on the Home screen.

Open the app
Section titled “Open the app”- Phone with fingerprint or face (at sign-in time): the Application verrouillée (App locked) screen asks right away for your fingerprint or your face. Déverrouiller par empreinte (Unlock with fingerprint; or par visage — with face) asks again; Utiliser mon code (Use my code) shows the keypad.
- Phone without biometrics: the Saisissez votre code (Enter your code) screen appears directly.
The phone’s lock code never unlocks the app. If your fingerprint is not recognised, the screen says « Non reconnu, annulé ou capteur bloqué — réessayez, ou utilisez votre code. … » (Not recognised, cancelled or sensor blocked — try again, or use your code. …): go through Utiliser mon code.
Attempts
Section titled “Attempts”Each wrong code says so: « Code incorrect — encore 3 essais. » (Wrong code — 3 attempts left.), then « Code incorrect — encore 1 essai avant la déconnexion. » (Wrong code — 1 attempt left before sign-out.). After a few errors, the app makes you wait a few seconds before the next attempt.
Forgotten code
Section titled “Forgotten code”- On the lock screen, tap Code oublié ? (Forgot code?).
- Read: « L’application sera déconnectée et ses données effacées. Vous vous reconnecterez avec votre mot de passe, puis choisirez un nouveau code. » (The app will be signed out and its data erased. You will sign in again with your password, then choose a new code.)
- Tap Se déconnecter (Sign out) (or Annuler — Cancel).
- Sign in again, then choose a new code.
Change your code
Section titled “Change your code”- Réglages → Sécurité → Changer mon code (Settings → Security → Change my code).
- Votre code actuel (Your current code): a wrong code counts as an attempt, as on the lock screen.
- Votre nouveau code (Your new code), then a second time.
- « Code changé. » (Code changed.): ‹ Retour aux réglages (‹ Back to settings).
Set when the app locks again
Section titled “Set when the app locks again”Réglages → Sécurité (Settings → Security) reminds you how you unlock (« Déverrouillage par empreinte à chaque ouverture, ou par votre code à 6 chiffres. » — Fingerprint unlock each time you open the app, or your 6-digit code.) and offers Redemander après (Ask again after): Immédiatement (Immediately), 30 s, 1 min, 5 min or 15 min spent in the background. Your company sets a maximum: choices above it do not appear.
New fingerprint or new face
Section titled “New fingerprint or new face”If someone adds or removes a fingerprint or a face in the phone’s settings, the app notices and asks for your password once: « Nouvelle empreinte ou nouveau visage sur ce téléphone : redonnez votre mot de passe. » (New fingerprint or new face on this phone: enter your password again.). Your 6-digit code is kept.
