The Réglages (Settings) tab gathers your account, this phone, your other devices and, for the owner and the administrators, the company’s people. Only personal settings are on the phone; company and venue settings stay in the online back office.

Your account and this phone

• Compte (Account): your name, your role and the company, the Identifiant (Username), the Compagnie (Company) code, and the state of the Second facteur (Second factor; « actif » — active, « exigé — à enrôler » — required — to enrol, « non enrôlé » — not enrolled).
• Cet appareil (This device): its name, its model, the app version, and the sign-in state — « Connexion gardée : le mot de passe n’est redemandé qu’après une déconnexion, une révocation ou une longue absence. » (Sign-in kept: the password is asked again only after a sign-out, a revocation or a long absence.) (or, on a shared register, « … mot de passe à chaque ouverture de l’application. » — … password each time the app is opened.).

« Ce téléphone semble modifié (rooté ou débridé) » (This phone seems modified (rooted or jailbroken))

The app’s protections are no longer guaranteed on this phone. Use an unmodified phone to manage the company’s money.

My devices

The Mes appareils (My devices) section lists all the phones and tablets where your account is open, with the Cet appareil (This device) badge for this one. For each: État (State), Dernière ouverture (Last opened), Enrôlé le (Enrolled on), and « Caisse partagée : oui — connexion non gardée » (Shared register: yes — sign-in not kept) where relevant. Signed-out devices are further down, in Appareils déconnectés (Signed-out devices), with Déconnecté le (Signed out on) and the reason.

• Renommer (Rename): give it a meaningful name (2 to 80 characters), then Enregistrer (Save).
• Déconnecter (Sign out): removes the device from your account (see below).

A lost or stolen phone

1. From another of your devices: Réglages → Mes appareils (Settings → My devices).
2. On the lost device, tap Déconnecter (Sign out).
3. Confirm Déconnecter « … » ? (Sign out “…”?): « Cet appareil ne pourra plus ouvrir votre espace : son mot de passe sera redemandé. » (This device will no longer be able to open your space: its password will be asked again.)

The next time it connects to the Internet, the lost phone erases its data and shows « Cet appareil a été déconnecté de votre compte le … » (This device was signed out of your account on …). If you have no other device, do it in the online back office: Mon compte → Mes appareils → Déconnecter cet appareil… (My account → My devices → Sign out this device…; see My account), or ask a company administrator: Personnes → your record → Appareil perdu… (People → your record → Lost device…; see People).

Tip

Even without this sign-out, a lost phone does not open without your fingerprint or your 6-digit code, and 5 wrong codes erase the app (see App code and biometrics).

Sign out

At the very bottom of Réglages (Settings): Se déconnecter (Sign out), then confirm: « Cet appareil sera retiré de votre compte, ses données effacées. Votre mot de passe sera redemandé. » (This device will be removed from your account, its data erased. Your password will be asked again.). If there is no Internet at that moment, the screen says so: the device stays in « Mes appareils » (My devices) until it expires — remove it from another device or from the online back office.

The company’s people

Personnes (People) lists the company’s people: name, Active or Désactivée (Deactivated) badge, role, username, « PIN posé » (PIN set), « vous » (you). Deactivated people are in Désactivées (Deactivated), with « désactivée le … » (deactivated on …) and the reason. « Créer une personne, changer son rôle ou ses salles : au back-office en ligne. » (Create a person, change their role or their venues: in the online back office.) (see People).

The buttons appear only on the people you manage, never on yourself: the owner manages everyone except themselves, administrators included; an administrator manages the venue roles (operations, supervisor, finance, security, technician, main register, tablet, floor attendant), never another administrator or the owner.

Presence confirmation is described in Approve from your phone. « Le nom tapé ne correspond pas à la personne : retapez-le (majuscules et accents ignorés). » (The typed name does not match the person: type it again (capitals and accents ignored).) means you must copy the name shown in the sheet.
