The online back office is the company’s back office, opened in a web browser, from anywhere: all your venues, plus the Compagnie (Company) menu group. You enter it with a company account and an online password, separate from the venue back office password. The owner and the administrators add a second factor: a 6-digit code given by an authenticator app.

Register roles (main register, tablet, floor attendant) have no online access.

Accept an invitation

Your owner or an administrator creates an account for you (see People) and sends you an invitation link. Where needed, they also read you a 6-digit verification code over the phone, never in the same message as the link.

1. Open the link. The Rejoindre « … » (Join “…”) page shows the Compagnie (Company), Vous (You; your name and your role), Invité par (Invited by) and Lien valable jusqu’au (Link valid until).
2. Identifiant (Username): the one suggested to you, or another one if it is free (3 to 50 characters: letters, digits, dot, hyphen, @).
3. Mot de passe (Password), then Mot de passe, encore une fois (Password, once more). The gauge says whether it is accepted (« correct » — acceptable, « solide » — strong). The owner and the administrators need a longer password than the other roles.
4. Code de vérification (Verification code; if asked): the 6 digits received by phone.
5. Click Continuer : second facteur (Continue: second factor; owner, administrators) or Ouvrir mon accès (Open my access).
6. For the second factor: scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, FreeOTP…), or Saisissez cette clé à la main (Type this key by hand), then type the 6-digit code it shows and Activer et ouvrir mon accès (Turn on and open my access).
7. Votre accès est ouvert (Your access is open) repeats the company and the username: Ouvrir le back-office (Open the back office).

The link does not work

A link works only once and has a deadline. The page title says what is happening: « Lien expiré » (Link expired), « Lien déjà utilisé » (Link already used), « Lien retiré » (Link withdrawn), « Lien à renouveler » (Link to renew; your role has changed since the invitation)… At the 5th wrong verification code, the link is withdrawn. In all these cases, ask the person who invited you for a new link.

An access reset (password and second factor lost) follows the same path: the page is then called Réinitialiser votre accès (Reset your access). You choose a new password and enrol a new second factor; the old one no longer works and all your open online sessions are closed.

Sign in

1. Open your platform’s address in the browser. The Back-office en ligne · toutes vos salles (Online back office · all your venues) screen appears.
2. Compagnie (Company): your company code (the browser remembers it).
3. Identifiant (Username) and Mot de passe en ligne (Online password), then Se connecter (Sign in).
4. Owner and administrators: the Code de vérification (Verification code) screen asks for the 6-digit code shown now by your authenticator app. Valider (Confirm). (« ← Changer de compte » — ← Switch account — goes back.)

The first sign-in of an owner or administrator without a second factor opens Activer le second facteur (Turn on the second factor): scan the QR code (the key is shown only once), type the code, then Activer et se connecter (Turn on and sign in).

Message	What to do
« Identifiant ou mot de passe incorrect. » (Wrong username or password.)	Check the company, the username and the online password (not the venue one). The same message appears for an account without online access.
« Trop d’essais depuis ce poste : réessayer dans une minute. » (Too many attempts from this computer: try again in a minute.)	Wait before trying again.
« Code incorrect (ou déjà utilisé) : saisissez le code affiché maintenant. » (Wrong code (or already used): type the code shown now.)	A code works only once: wait for the next one. Check that the phone’s time is set to automatic.
« Trop de codes faux : réessayez dans quelques minutes. » (Too many wrong codes: try again in a few minutes.)	Wait before trying again.
« Étape de connexion expirée : recommencez (identifiant et mot de passe). » (Sign-in step expired: start again (username and password).)	Start again from the beginning.
« Plateforme injoignable » (Platform unreachable)	Try again in a moment: each venue’s back office stays usable on site.

Forgotten password, lost second-factor phone

There is no “forgot password” link. Ask the owner to reset your access (Personnes → your record → Réinitialiser l’accès… — People → your record → Reset access…) or to reset your second factor; for the owner themselves, it is the publisher, through your reseller.

The second factor for the other roles

For operations, supervisors, security, finance and the technician, the second factor is not mandatory. As long as they do not have one, the Second facteur recommandé (Second factor recommended) banner says so. In 2.0.20, the platform does not yet let you turn it on yourself.

Accounting exports

Depending on the company’s settings, downloading an accounting file online can require the second factor (« Second facteur exigé » — Second factor required). A role that has no second factor then cannot download them online.

Sign out

Your account menu (at the top) offers Mon compte (mots de passe, sessions) (My account (passwords, sessions)), the Thème (Theme: Clair — Light, Sombre — Dark), the Tableaux (Tables: Compacts — Compact, Confortables — Comfortable) and Se déconnecter (Sign out). “Se déconnecter” closes this tab only; to close everything, see My account.
