Alerts
The Alertes (Alerts) tab gathers what each venue reports (machine offline, failed backup, register to reconcile…) and, for the owner and the administrators, the platform’s security alerts. Open alerts come first, by severity, the most recent at the top. Times are to the second, in the venue’s time zone.
Read the list
Section titled “Read the list”- The filters at the top: Toutes (All), Critiques (Critical), Avertissements (Warnings), Informations (Info).
- The venue chosen at the top of the screen narrows the list (see Home); with Toutes les salles (All venues), each alert names its venue.
- A Sécurité (Security) section (owner and administrators), then a Salles (Venues) section (or Salle — Venue).
Each alert shows its severity (Critique — Critical, Avertissement — Warning, Information — Info), its title, then « depuis le … » (since …) and, if someone acknowledged it, « acquittée par … à … » (acknowledged by … at …) with the Acquittée (Acknowledged) badge.
Two banners can appear above:
- « Salle … : alertes non lues (…) » (Venue …: alerts not read (…)) — the platform could not read this venue’s alerts;
- « Dernier état connu — l’instantané de la salle date de … » (Last known state — the venue’s snapshot dates from …) — the alerts are those of that moment.
Each alert’s label and what to do about it are in the alerts catalogue.
Acknowledge an alert
Section titled “Acknowledge an alert”- Tap Acquitter (Acknowledge) under the alert.
- The Acquitter l’alerte (Acknowledge the alert) sheet recalls the venue, the alert, « Depuis le » (Since) and the machine.
- Add a Note if you wish (optional).
- Tap Acquitter (Acknowledge).
« L’alerte est marquée « acquittée » à votre nom dans la salle. Acquitter ne règle rien : elle reste listée tant que son état dure. » (The alert is marked “acknowledged” in your name in the venue. Acknowledging does not fix anything: it stays listed as long as its condition lasts.) The button appears only for the owner, the administrators, operations and supervisors.
“Ce n’est pas moi” (It wasn’t me)
Section titled ““Ce n’est pas moi” (It wasn’t me)”A security alert reports a sensitive action done on one of the company’s venues. If no one on your side did it:
- Tap Ce n’est pas moi (It wasn’t me) under the alert (owner and administrators).
- The « Ce n’est pas moi » sheet recalls the venue, the alert and the time.
- Write Ce que vous constatez (What you are seeing; at least 5 characters).
- Copy the venue’s name into « Pour confirmer, tapez « … » » (To confirm, type “…”).
- Tap Ce n’est pas moi, then confirm with your fingerprint or your face — on a phone without biometrics, with your online password (see Approve from your phone).
The platform immediately blocks what was done — depending on the case, the venue is stopped — and the publisher then decides. The other roles see « Si ce n’est pas vous : « Ce n’est pas moi » au back-office en ligne. » (If it wasn’t you: “Ce n’est pas moi” in the online back office.): warn your owner. The same action exists in the online back office (see Security alerts).
When there is nothing
Section titled “When there is nothing”« Aucune alerte en ce moment — dernière lecture 14:32:05. » (No alerts right now — last read 14:32:05.) or, with a filter, « Aucune alerte de ce niveau. » (No alerts at this level.).
