The Registre des interventions (Intervention log) answers “who did what on this machine, and when?”. It gathers what touched the machines: door openings, power cuts, bill box, RAM clear, operator menus, meter breaks, test mode, and the decisions written to the audit log. The Source column says where each row comes from.

Note

For the Finance role, the entry is in Rapports → Interventions (Reports → Interventions).

Read the log

1. Choose the period (gaming days): Mois en cours (Current month), Mois précédent (Previous month), or dates.
2. Filter if needed by Machine and by Famille (Family): Portes (Doors), Alimentation (Power), Boîte à billets (Bill box), RAM clear, Menus opérateur (Operator menus), Compteurs (ruptures) (Meters, breaks), Machine et boîtier (Machine and device), Mode test (Test mode), Journées comptables (Accounting days).
3. Read the preview: it is exactly the file that will be exported.

Export

Click Exporter (Export), choose the Format, then Télécharger (Download). In the venue back office, every download is written to the audit log.

Beyond 366 days, the screen shows no preview: Exporter (Export) offers Préparer le fichier (export différé) (Prepare the file, deferred export): the file for the whole period is prepared separately, to be picked up in Rapports → Exports différés (Reports → Deferred exports) (see Exports and e-mail subscriptions).

Tip

For the history of a single machine, the Journal (Log) tab of its record shows the same decisions, with the reason and the before → after (see Machines). The Audit log covers the whole venue.
