Privacy

Lucky Touch is a professional management tool. The company that runs the venue decides how the data of its venues and its employees is used; the publisher of Lucky Touch hosts the online platform and processes this data on the company’s behalf, following its instructions.

Its privacy policy is public: its address is on the app’s page in Google Play and the App Store. In short:

  • Your account: company code, username, name, role, allowed venues. The password is checked by the platform, which keeps only a fingerprint of it; the app does not store it.
  • Your device: a randomly drawn installation identifier, the name and model of the device, the system and app versions, whether a screen lock is set, and the type of biometrics available. They are used for the “Mes appareils” (My devices) list and for account security.
  • The notification token assigned by Google or Apple, to receive alerts from your venues.
  • The security log: date and time to the second, address and device, for each sign-in and each sensitive operation.
  • Biometrics are checked by the phone itself: your fingerprint or your face never leaves the device.
  • No advertising, audience measurement or sale of data; no access to location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
  • By default, a notification contains no amount, no player name and no cashier name.

To exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion), contact your company’s administrator, who manages the accounts.

The venue server holds, in the venue:

Data Why
Employee accounts: username, display name, role; the PIN and password only as a fingerprint signing in, knowing who did what
The audit log: who did what, when, on which device, with which reason rebuilding the history of every amount
Money movements, with the person who made them and, for mobile money, the payment reference the register, the accounts, checks
The proof photos of manual payments on coin machines (machine screen, device display) justifying a payment
The declared register devices (device name, version) updates

This data stays in the venue; when the venue is linked to the platform, it is also sent to the company’s online back office. Money data and proof photos are kept for at least ten years (legal obligation).
