Machine reports

The reports the owner reads every day to know which machines bring in money. Six tabs, each with its key figures at the top, then a table identical to the exported document.

Tab What it shows
Par jeu (By game) Each machine’s performance, grouped as you choose (Regrouper par (Group by): Jeu (Game), Marque (Brand), Dénomination (Denomination), Groupe (Group)), with a subtotal per group and the grand total.
Par marque (By brand) The same figures, one line per brand, with the best and the weakest.
Revenus (Income) Machines ranked from best to weakest. The Classement (Ranking) choice (« Top / bottom 5 », 10 or 20) shows only the first and the last ones. An appendix groups by denomination.
Gains / pertes (Wins / losses) Bets, wins paid, income, actual hold and theoretical hold, and the difference between the two.
Journalier (Daily) One line per gaming day, with the averages per gaming day.
Par heure (By hour) One gaming day split hour by hour.

In Par jeu and Par marque, the first four columns, under the heading « Caisse » (Register), repeat the register’s money: Entrées (In), Sorties (Out), Recette (Takings), Offerts (Complimentary) — the same figures as the daily report.

The definition is printed as a note on each report:

  • bets: what players bet;
  • gross win = bets − wins paid by the machine;
  • income = gross win − jackpots paid by hand.

A machine with several games is shown as « Multi-jeux » (Multi-game), with the period’s most played game. The theoretical hold comes from the payout rate declared by the machine or its games; when unknown, it is shown as “—”.

  1. Choose the period in gaming days (up to 400). By default: the current gaming day, marked provisoire (provisional) in a banner.
  2. Filter if needed: Fabricant (Manufacturer), Dénomination (Denomination), Type (SAS or pulse), Groupe (Group). The active filter is restated in plain words.
  3. For Par heure (By hour), choose a single gaming day.
  4. Click Exporter (Export) then PDF, Excel or CSV: the file shows exactly the tab, the filters and the period.

The filters stay in the page address: you can send the link to a colleague, who will see the same report.

A gaming day with no meter reading, or with an unreadable meter, is never counted as zero:

  • the machine’s line is marked partiel (partial) (« partiel (1 j non mesuré) », partial (1 day not measured)), and it is left out of the rankings;
  • a subtotal or total that is missing it says so on its line, naming the machines: never a silent partial total;
  • V5500 and Sigma pulse machines do not publish their wins: their income is « non mesurable » (not measurable), named in a note.

In the documents, “-” means no activity, “N/D” or “non mesuré” (not measured) an unknown value.
