The venue’s accounting sets two truths side by side, gaming day by gaming day: what the register took in and paid out, and what the machine meters measured. Each machine has its machine-day, calculated from its meter readings. This is the home screen for the Finance role.

"Not measured" is never zero

A machine with no reading on a given day measured nothing that day: its figures show “non mesuré” (not measured), never 0. Any play it had is counted on the day of its next reading. It does not enter any sum; it is counted separately. A real zero (identical readings all day) is shown as “aucune partie — relevés identiques” (no games — identical readings).

The days

Choose the period. At the top: Entrées caisse (Register in: proven credits taken in), Sorties caisse (Register out: withdrawals, manual payments, counter), Recette caisse (Register takings: in − out), Résultat mesuré (Measured result, by the meters), Écart (Difference) and Journées figées (Frozen days). The venue’s Tolérance de réconciliation (Reconciliation tolerance) is recalled.

One row per day: Journée (Day), Entrées (In), Sorties (Out), Recette caisse (Register takings), Résultat mesuré (Measured result), Compté (Counted), Écart (Difference), Caisse ↔ compteurs (RC5) (Register ↔ meters, RC5), Couverture (Coverage: machines measured out of machines expected), État (State: frozen, reopened, open). Exporter les journées par machine (Export days by machine) produces the details.

A day with no register at all (venue closed) shows “aucune caisse ce jour” (no register this day): never a count of 0.

The accounting day

Click a day. The banners say whether it is en cours (in progress), rouverte — en révision (reopened — under review), whether it has an unusual length, or whether anciens horaires (former opening hours) were kept.

D’où vient le chiffre (Where the figure comes from) puts side by side:

• Côté caisse (Register side): Entrées caisse (Register in), Sorties caisse (Register out), Recette caisse (Register takings), Offerts (Complimentary: outside the drawer, not in takings — never takings), Caisses (Registers), Écart de comptage des caisses (Register count difference), Compté en caisse (Counted at the register);
• Côté compteurs (Meter side): Mises (Bets), Gains machine (Machine wins), Jackpots, Paiements manuels (Manual payments), Parties (Games played), Couverture (Coverage), Résultat mesuré (Measured result);
• and how they match: Recette ⇄ compteurs (Takings ⇄ meters) and Compté ⇄ compteurs (Counted ⇄ meters).

The Ce qui manque pour boucler (What is missing to balance) frame lists what prevents the day from coming out right (unmeasured machine, break, reconciliation difference, register not closed yet…). When everything is in order: Rien ne manque pour boucler (Nothing missing to balance).

Par machine (By machine) gives one row per machine: Mises (Bets), Gains (Wins), Jackpots, Paiements manuels (Manual payments), Annulés (0003) (Cancelled, 0003), Parties (Games played), Net win, Réconciliation (Reconciliation), Contrôle 0023 (Check 0023), État (State). Filters: Toutes (All), Non mesurées (Not measured), Ruptures (Breaks), Écarts (Differences), Non figées (Not frozen). Click a machine for its details: denomination, readings, meter series, raw meters (opening, closing, difference), anomalies and reconciliation.

Then come the day’s Ruptures de compteurs (Meter breaks) and the Décisions humaines (Human decisions: freezes, reopenings, and what was decided during the day).

Pulse machines

A pulse machine also has its day, in coins converted at the coin value of the time. What its type never measures shows “—”. A V5500 or a Sigma does not publish its wins: its net win is not measured, and the venue total says it is partial, naming the machine.

Recalculate, freeze, reopen

In a machine’s details, the same actions exist for that machine alone: Geler la machine (Freeze the machine) and Rouvrir la machine (Reopen the machine) (administrator, reason).

Caution

A pulse machine with a money order not concluded is not frozen with the others: a banner says so. Conclude the order (see Transfers), then freeze again.
