What's new

The most recent versions are at the top. Each entry says what changes for you, on screen. To learn how a version reaches your venue: How a release reaches a venue.

  • Approve from your phone. From the Lucky Touch Admin app, the owner approves or refuses a request for a refill from the safe or a drop to the safe. A notification warns them of each new request.
  • The cashier carries out an approved refill herself. On the Coffre (Safe) screen, a request approved remotely shows Exécuter maintenant (Carry out now): the cashier carries it out at the moment the cash changes hands, without calling a manager. An approved drop is still carried out by operations.
  • Urgent refill (set per venue, off by default): a reminder when a request stays unanswered, automatic approval capped per shift (the rest waits for an approval), a day’s reserve granted in advance by a manager, a person on call. See Safe: refill, drop, requests.
  • App: Argent (Money) → a venue → Machines shows the machine report, grouped by group, over the period of your choice.
  • Actions from the phone. In Lucky Touch Admin, an authorised person can act on their venues (for example approve a withdrawal from the safe): a confirmation sheet sums up the action, then your fingerprint or the app code confirms it. An action sent twice goes out only once. See Approve from your phone.
  • New screens in the app: Personnes (People) and Mes actions (My actions).
  • The app keeps your session during its updates.
  • At the first sign-in on an Android phone that also carries the register app, Lucky Touch Admin asks whether this phone is a shared register. See Shared register device?.
  • Notification diagnostics in the app: phone link, channels, battery saving, test send.
  • Push notifications from the platform are sent to phones again.
  • A failed notification send states its real cause. During an outage of the notification service, no alert is lost: they are sent again, grouped by venue, when the service is back.
  • The app runs more smoothly.
  • First version of the “Lucky Touch Admin” app (Android and iOS, by invitation): a sign-in that lasts, a 6-digit app code and biometrics, a home screen with all your venues, alerts, live floor, push notifications (quiet hours, preferences, notification feed), and money in read-only: takings, day closing, registers (X report, receipt, ledger), safe, manual payments, treasury. See Install and sign in.
  • Online back office: Mes appareils (My devices), a person’s devices, and Appareil perdu (Lost device).
  • Closing receipt: an option says whether to keep or hide the line “ESPECES (compté)” (CASH (counted)). With no setting, the receipt does not change.
  • Restore the venue onto a new PC: the technician installs the new PC and restores the latest backup onto it; the old PC is retired. See Restore onto a new PC.
  • Online back office: Alertes de sécurité (Security alerts) screen, for the company and for the publisher.
  • The words set by the venue apply everywhere in the register: server refusals, banners, verdicts, timelines.
  • Restore the venue on the same PC, from its back office: preview of what would be lost, review of the money, acceptance of the loss, rescue mode. See Backups and restore.
  • The register wording is set per venue: Paramètres → Réglages → Mots de la caisse (Settings → Settings → Register wording). A template can be loaded without ever overwriting your choices; option for the four-way Approvisionnement (Supply) menu on the Coffre (Safe) screen. See Register wording and receipts.
  • Register: the amount of a request to the safe is free (keypad or keyboard); the amounts offered are only shortcuts.
  • The venue backs itself up from its back office: every night and on demand, an encrypted backup, copied to a USB stick, downloadable, tested without overwriting anything.
  • Installation: a single command installs the venue and links it to its platform.
  • Register: Déclarer un paiement manuel sans signal… (Declare a manual payment without a signal…) for a coin machine whose signal is lost (network down, device out of order). The declaration is approved with a manager’s approval code, with a reason; both people are recorded. See Manual payments.
  • Closing receipt and X report set per venue: line names, hidden lines, Achat / Paiement (Purchase / Payment) breakdown, final block of totals. With no setting, nothing changes.
  • Rapports → Fermeture de la journée (Reports → Day closing) (venue option, off by default): the pre-filled closing sheet, one card per register. See Day closing sheet.
  • Rapports → Compteurs (Reports → Meters): the readings of all machines over a day or a period, exportable to Excel, CSV or PDF. See Meters report.
  • A multi-station machine (roulette) whose number has a prefix is recognised everywhere.
  • “en jeu” (in play) clears by itself five minutes after the last game start, at the register as in the back office.
  • Back office: Lever « en jeu »… (Clear “in play”…) button on a SAS machine, for operations (with the device version released at the same time).
  • Back office: Réinitialiser (faux paiement manuel)… (Reset (false manual payment)…) on all coin machines: dismisses a manual payment that was never won and unblocks the machine, reason required, operations only.
  • Register: the N° machine (Machine no.) search keeps the keyboard after the first character.
  • Register: keyboard shortcuts + for Créditer (Credit), − for Retirer (Withdraw); a second press confirms.
  • Sigma machines: the bet buttons no longer trigger a false manual payment (with the device version released at the same time).
  • Back office: Réinitialiser (faux jackpot)… (Reset (false jackpot)…) on a Sigma, reason required, operations only.
  • Negative amounts are written −777,000 everywhere: back office, documents, platform, register. A setting switches back to brackets.
  • The gaming day is numbered (“JJ n° 214”) everywhere. See Gaming day and shifts.
  • Reports: the Recettes (Takings) sheet details each figure per shift and per register; the machine reports show the register work per machine, per group, per brand.
  • Register: at the Vérifier (Check) step, the direction of the operation is clear at a glance — “+ CRÉDIT” (+ CREDIT) in green, “− RETRAIT” (− WITHDRAWAL) in the colour used for money going out, and the final button in the same colour.
  • Tablet: Se déconnecter (Sign out) ends the service of a tablet that holds nothing.
  • Online back office: the Finance role is offered to company people.
  • Register: on the tiles, a credit of 0 is shown discreetly and a credit present stands out; the machine number is never cut off; the chosen operation stays visible; the search finds part of the number (“01” finds “D-01”), with a cross to clear it; the open door follows the real state of the machine.
  • Register: when an intake still has a remainder, the register asks whether to credit with this remainder or make a new intake — no more double intake by mistake. See Credit a machine.
  • Restricted X report for cashiers, with the modes chosen in the back office.
  • Back office: cancel an intake entered by mistake (duplicate), if it has not been used, reason required, operations.
  • “en jeu” (in play) no longer lasts beyond five minutes without a game end.
  • Back office: when adding a SAS machine, a station prefix (“P1”) can come before the number read (multi-station roulette).
  • Register on Windows and Linux: Plein écran (Full screen) button, to the left of “Réduire” (Minimise).
