Day closing sheet
Some venues copied the registers’ closing receipts by hand every evening onto a large end-of-day sheet. Lucky Touch fills it in for them: an A4 closing sheet, in columns by machine group and by shift, with the cards of each register and the gaming day’s totals. All that is left is to print it and sign it.
Enable and set up the sheet (administrator)
Section titled “Enable and set up the sheet (administrator)”- Open Settings, group Rapports (Reports).
- Feuille de fermeture (Closing sheet): Oui (Yes).
- Feuille de fermeture : colonnes, modes et en-tête (Closing sheet: columns, modes and header) is set in an editor (never
technical text):
- the columns: one to eight groups, in the order you want. Each group has a label and a source: machines (all of them, those of one protocol, or those of a machine group) or an outside activity to fill in by hand. A machine goes into the first group that takes it.
- the mode mapping: for each line of the sheet (Mobile Money, CB, Cheque, Voucher/Offert, Credit, Jeton, Avoir), the venue’s payment modes that go on it. A mode goes on one line only.
- Appro Bureau (Office supply): the safe entries coming from outside that count in this cell (for example the owner’s contributions). None chosen: the cell stays empty, to fill in by hand.
- The Appliquer un modèle (Apply a template) menu fills in the draft in one go (including « Désactivée », Disabled, which turns the option off); nothing is saved until you click Enregistrer la section (Save the section).
Operations read these settings but cannot change them.
Read the page
Section titled “Read the page”Open Rapports → Fermeture de la journée (Reports → Day closing). By default, the current gaming day, updated when money moves; change gaming day with the date picker. From top to bottom:
- The header: Date, Salle (Venue), JJ n° (the gaming day number), FDC Ouverture (Opening float: the main registers’ floats), Appro Bureau (Office supply), and the État (Status): provisional while the gaming day is running, final afterwards.
- The table, identical to the PDF. The lines: Achat (Purchase) and the modes (machine credits, sorted by their payment mode), Paiement (Payment: withdrawals paid, manual payments, counter payouts, debts paid), Non Rembourse (Not repaid) and Cash (one cell per shift for the main registers), ÉCART (Discrepancy: left empty, by hand). Click a cell with a figure to see the transactions that make it up, newest at the top, with their time to the second.
- The notes: what fits in no cell (a mode not mapped, a leftover returned to the player…), in plain words.
- The register cards, newest at the top: for each session (register or tablet), what its closing receipt says — float, refills, purchases, payments, expected, counted, discrepancy. Réimprimer le ticket (Reprint the receipt) (operations) prints a DUPLICATA of it.
- The gaming day’s totals and the breakdown by group.
In the cells: “-” is a zero, “N/D” an unknown value (shift still to come, no register), “en cours” (in progress) a register still open, and an empty cell is to be filled in by hand.
- Imprimer la feuille de fermeture (A4) (Print the closing sheet (A4)): the PDF in landscape, with the « Direction » (Management) and « Responsable » (Manager) boxes for signatures.
- Exporter (Excel) (Export (Excel)): the same grid, plus the register cards and the breakdown by group.
Each download is recorded in the audit log.
