Support access and log
By default, the publisher (the Lucky Touch team) does not see your venues. When you need help — a difference to understand, a surprising figure — the owner opens a support access for it: the publisher can then read all your venues, amounts included, for the chosen duration, and never write. Every read is recorded in your log.
Grant access
Section titled “Grant access”- Compagnie → Accès de support (Company → Support access), Accorder un accès (Grant access) section.
- Durée (heures) (Duration (hours)): from 1 to 48 hours.
- Motif — obligatoire (Reason — required; at least 5 characters), for example “register difference to understand with support”.
- Accorder l’accès (Grant access).
While an access is running, the L’éditeur lit vos salles (The publisher is reading your venues) banner says until when.
Revoke access
Section titled “Revoke access”In Historique des accès (Access history), an access en cours (in progress) has the Révoquer… (Revoke…) button: confirm Révoquer l’accès de support (Revoke support access). Immediate effect: the publisher no longer sees your venues. Past accesses are marked révoqué (revoked) or terminé (ended).
Platform log
Section titled “Platform log”The Journal de la plateforme (Platform log) keeps everything done at company level: people created, modified or deactivated, venues added and confirmed, support accesses and the publisher’s reads, signed-out devices, “Ce n’est pas moi” (It wasn’t me)… The most recent at the top, 50 lines per page, with Quand (When), Qui (Who), Quoi (What), Salle (Venue) and Détail (Details).
Orders to the venues
Section titled “Orders to the venues”Ordres aux salles (Orders to the venues) lists what the platform has asked each venue to do: a person created, modified or deactivated, an adoption closed, an action done online… with their Sort (Outcome; filter) and their Salle (Venue; filter). To follow your own actions, use Actions en cours (Actions in progress) instead (see One venue or all venues).
