Everyone who works on Lucky Touch has their own account: that is what lets you know, later, who did what. Only the administrator manages accounts; operations do not create cashiers.
The list
Section titled “The list”Each line gives the name, the login, the role and its workspace, the PIN (yes, no, or locked until…), the last sign-in and the account status. Search with Rechercher un compte (identifiant ou nom) (Search for an account (login or name)), filter by Rôle (Role) and by État du compte (Account status) (Tous, Actifs, Désactivés — All, Active, Disabled). One click opens the account’s record.
Under the list, Ce que chaque rôle peut faire (What each role can do) shows, feature by feature, which roles are allowed. This table is read from the server’s actual rules: it is not an editor. See also Roles.
Create an account
Section titled “Create an account”- Click Créer un compte (Create an account).
- Enter the Identifiant de connexion (Login), a first password, and the Nom affiché (Display name) — the name shown on every screen, alert and receipt (for example « Caissière A », Cashier A).
- Choose the Rôle (Role). Under each role, a sentence states its workspace. A “coming soon” role is greyed out.
- Click Valider (Confirm).
The roles offered: Administrateur (Administrator), Exploitation (Operations), Supervision (Supervisor), Sécurité (Security), Finance, Technicien (Technician), and the register roles: Caisse (Cashier), Tablette (Tablet cashier), Agent de salle (Floor attendant). Security and finance are read-only. Register roles do not enter the back office: they work in the register app.

The PIN
Section titled “The PIN”The PIN (6 digits) is used to sign in to the register and to confirm certain actions. A PIN is unique in the venue and is never reassigned, even once removed. Nobody can read it: to help someone who has forgotten theirs, you set a new one, which also clears the lock. A PIN that is too simple is refused.
Forgotten password
Section titled “Forgotten password”Réinitialiser le mot de passe… (Reset the password…): enter the new one twice, and tick, if you want, Exiger qu’il en choisisse un nouveau à sa prochaine connexion (Require them to choose a new one at next sign-in). A register account does not have this requirement: the register app does not have that screen.
A manager’s approval code
Section titled “A manager’s approval code”A manager’s personal code, separate from the PIN, which authorises at the register a manual payment without a signal from the machine. Nobody can read it or set it for someone else: if it is forgotten or blocked, the administrator resets it, then its holder sets a new one themselves. See My approval code.
