Notifications
Lucky Touch Admin warns you about a machine or a venue going offline, a failed backup, a register request or a security alert, even when the app is closed. Tapping a notification opens the exact screen, after unlocking. By default, nothing sensitive shows on the lock screen.
Turn on notifications
Section titled “Turn on notifications”After your first sign-in, the Home screen shows the card Recevoir les alertes sur ce téléphone (Get alerts on this phone):
- Tap Activer les notifications (Turn on notifications) (or Plus tard — Later).
- Accept the phone’s request.
If you refused: « Notifications refusées pour Lucky Touch Admin : vous ne serez pas prévenu application fermée. » (Notifications refused for Lucky Touch Admin: you will not be warned when the app is closed.) — Ouvrir les réglages du téléphone (Open the phone’s settings), then allow the app’s notifications.
What you receive
Section titled “What you receive”Réglages → Notifications → Régler les notifications (Settings → Notifications → Set up notifications), section Ce que vous recevez (What you receive): one card per family, with Activées (On) or Coupées (Off). When you have several venues, each family that is on lists your venues: tap a venue to turn it off or back on.

A family marked toujours (always) cannot be turned off: « Ne se coupe pas : la sécurité de votre compte en dépend. » (Cannot be turned off: your account’s security depends on it.) This is the case for Mes appareils (My devices) for everyone, and for Sécurité de la plateforme (Platform security) for the owner.
What arrives also depends on your role: a venue’s critical alert warns the owner, the administrators and operations; a register request warns the roles that can authorize it. If the venue has named a person on duty, that person is warned first, then the other managers, and finally the owner if no one answers (see Approve from your phone). Several alerts from the same venue in a burst arrive as one notification (« N nouvelles alertes » — N new alerts). The full list of notifications is in the reference.
Severity
Section titled “Severity”Gravité (Severity) section: Critiques seulement (Critical only), Critiques et importantes (Critical and important) or Tout, informations comprises (Everything, info included). What is below your minimum severity does not ring but stays in Notifications reçues (Received notifications).
Quiet hours
Section titled “Quiet hours”Heures calmes (Quiet hours) section: Aucune (None) or a suggested range (10 p.m. to 7 a.m., 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., midnight to 6 a.m.). « Pendant les heures calmes, seules les alertes CRITIQUES sonnent ; les autres sont gardées et résumées à la fin de la plage. » (During quiet hours, only CRITICAL alerts ring; the others are kept and summed up at the end of the range.) The Les critiques sonnent quand même (Critical alerts still ring) / Même les critiques se taisent (Even critical alerts stay silent) button decides for critical alerts. The range follows the time zone shown; your company can suggest one.
Lock screen
Section titled “Lock screen”Écran verrouillé (Lock screen) section: how much of a notification shows while the phone is locked.

The text of a notification goes through Google and Apple: by default, no amount and no person’s name. Your company sets the most detailed level allowed (« Au plus « … » (réglé par votre compagnie) » — At most “…” (set by your company)); choices above it are greyed out.
Received notifications
Section titled “Received notifications”Voir les notifications reçues (See received notifications; the badge says how many are non vues — unseen): all your notifications, the most recent at the top, even those that did not ring. Tap one to open its screen; Tout marquer vu (N) (Mark all seen (N)) marks them seen on all your devices; Plus anciennes (Older) loads the rest. A notification seen on one phone is seen on the others too.
Cet appareil (This device) section: « Ce téléphone reçoit vos notifications. » (This phone receives your notifications.) and the date of Dernière ouverte (Last opened). Envoyer une notification de test (Send a test notification) sends you one; the answer shows below. The app invites you to test if no critical notification has been opened on this phone for 7 days.
Android: receive when the app is closed
Section titled “Android: receive when the app is closed”Some Android phones stop closed apps to save battery. Recevoir les alertes application fermée (Get alerts when the app is closed) gives the settings to change for your phone’s brand, with buttons that open the right screen (Démarrage automatique — Auto-start, Optimisation de la batterie — Battery optimisation, Notifications de l’application — App notifications, Détails de l’application — App details), then Tester (Test): close the app right after, the notification must arrive.
Diagnostics
Section titled “Diagnostics”The Diagnostic (Diagnostics) block (to expand) says whether Google services are present, whether permission is given, the battery state for the app and the result of the last test. Ouvrir le réglage de la batterie (Open the battery setting) goes straight there.
