Pulse manual payment: photo proof
When a coin machine locks on a win, a jackpot or a withdrawal, its manual payment has no amount until someone has read it on the machine. Lucky Touch requires a proof: the machine’s QR code, photos of its screen, and the credits read. Another person then approves the payment on this proof.
The steps of a pulse manual payment
Section titled “The steps of a pulse manual payment”| Step | Who | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Bloqué — à photographier (Locked — to photograph) | the machine | The Paiement manuel signalé (Manual payment reported) notification: “La machine s’est bloquée : un paiement manuel est attendu. Le montant se déclare avec la preuve par photo.” (The machine has locked: a manual payment is expected. The amount is declared with the photo proof.) |
| Photographié, crédits déclarés (Photographed, credits declared) | floor attendant, tablet or main register | QR code scanned, photos taken, credits read sent. |
| À valider (To approve) | main register or operations | The proof is complete: another person checks it and pays. |
| Payé, remise à zéro (Paid, reset to zero) | the venue | The payment is recorded, then the machine is reset to zero and unlocks. |
Take the proof
Section titled “Take the proof”A register computer takes neither photos nor QR codes: “Cet ordinateur ne prend ni photo ni QR : les paiements manuels ci-dessous se photographient sur un téléphone ou une tablette (agent de salle).” (This computer takes neither photos nor QR codes: the manual payments below are photographed on a phone or a tablet (floor attendant).) On a main register that is a tablet or phone, tap Photographier (Photograph) on the proof screen and follow the same steps as the tablet.
- Open the proof (Paiement manuel signalé notification → Voir le détail, See details), then tap Photographier (Photograph).
- In front of the machine: “Scannez le QR collé sur la machine D-01.” (Scan the QR code stuck on machine D-01.) The tablet checks that it is the right machine (“QR de la machine vérifié : photographiez l’écran de la machine.”, Machine QR code checked: photograph the machine’s screen.).
- Photo 1 : l’écran de la machine (crédits / gain) — tout l’écran dans le cadre. (Photo 1: the machine’s screen (credits / win) — the whole screen in the frame.) Tap Prendre la photo 1 (Take photo 1). The camera opens inside the app.
- Photo 2 : l’afficheur du boîtier ou la plaque de la machine. (Photo 2: the device display or the machine’s plate.) Tap Prendre la photo 2 (Take photo 2).
- Crédits lus sur l’écran de la machine (Credits read on the machine’s screen): type the number of credits; the conversion is shown (“= … (1 crédit = …)”, = … (1 credit = …)). Tap Envoyer les crédits (Send the credits).
- “Preuve envoyée : la caisse valide le paiement manuel.” (Proof sent: the register approves the manual payment.) The tablet does not pay: the main register does.
The floor attendant follows exactly these steps from their Paiements manuels à photographier (Manual payments to photograph) list. See Floor attendant.
Approve and pay on the proof
Section titled “Approve and pay on the proof”For this manual payment, the proof screen shows:
- the photos (“Touchez une photo pour l’agrandir.”, Tap a photo to enlarge it.) and the time the QR code was scanned;
- the Montant déclaré (Declared amount): the credits read × the value of one credit, by whom, at what time;
- the Vraisemblance (Plausibility): “Ce que le système sait de la machine — un signal, jamais un refus à lui seul.” (What the system knows about the machine — a signal, never a refusal on its own.) (for example “Dépôts depuis la dernière remise à zéro”, Coin deposits since the last reset to zero, that is the coin credits sent to the machine since then, or the exact device balance of an S5500);
- the Chronologie (Timeline) of the payment, from the lock to the reset to zero.
- Compare the photos and the declared amount.
- If your venue has the credits read blind (V5500 and Sigma): the amount stays hidden. In Crédits lus sur la photo (Credits read on the photo), type the credits that you read on the photo of the screen, then Vérifier (Check). “Votre lecture correspond” (Your reading matches): the amount is shown.
- Tap Payer … (Pay …): the Paiement manuel (Manual payment) flow opens on this payment. Choose the mode, check, pay.
- The payment is recorded, then the venue resets the machine to zero: “Machine remise à zéro (preuve du boîtier).” (Machine reset to zero (device proof).)
Correct or dismiss
Section titled “Correct or dismiss”- Corriger le montant (Correct the amount): you read other credits on the photo. Enter the Crédits lus sur la photo (Credits read on the photo) and the Motif de la correction (Reason for the correction) (at least 5 characters), then Payer … (corrigé) (Pay … (corrected)). The before → after and the reason stay in the log. An upward correction may be reserved for operations in your venue.
- Écarter ce paiement manuel (Dismiss this manual payment): the player is not paid, the photos stay. Say why (at least 3 characters, for example “photo d’une autre machine”, photo of another machine), then Écarter (Dismiss).
After the payment: the machine is still locked?
Section titled “After the payment: the machine is still locked?”If the machine is not reset to zero, the Machine toujours bloquée (Machine still locked) notification says so: “Paiement manuel réglé, machine toujours bloquée : relancez la remise à zéro — jamais un second paiement.” (Manual payment settled, machine still locked: restart the reset to zero — never a second payment.) Tap Relancer la remise à zéro (Restart the reset to zero) (main register or operations). A machine with no device ready at the time of the payment is reset to zero by hand: the line says so (“réglé — remis à zéro à la main”, settled — reset to zero by hand).
If the machine played again before the payment, the lock is lifted: “Blocage levé : la machine a rejoué avant tout paiement — plus rien à régler.” (Lock lifted: the machine played again before any payment — nothing left to settle.)
The photos are kept for the time set by the venue (at least ten years); the proof screen reminds you of it.
