Group takings and machines
With Toutes les salles (All venues) chosen, the online back office puts the venues side by side: the same takings sheet and the same machines report as in each venue’s back office, calculated by each venue, with nothing recalculated. Amounts in different currencies are never added together. Operations, supervisors and finance see the venues in their scope.
Venue takings
Section titled “Venue takings”- Choose Toutes les salles (All venues) at the top of the screen, then Compagnie → Recettes des salles (Company → Venue takings).
- Choose the period: the current day (by default), Mois en cours (Current month), Mois précédent (Previous month), or gaming days (93 days at most).
- Salles : toutes ▾ (Venues: all ▾) narrows it to the venues you are interested in.
- Actualiser (Refresh) reads all the venues again; the time of the calculation shows next to it.
The Feuille des recettes (Takings sheet) card (« une colonne par salle · un total par devise, jamais additionnées » — one column per venue · one total per currency, never added together) repeats the lines of the venue’s takings sheet: RECETTE ESPÈCES (CASH TAKINGS) and PAIEMENTS (PAYMENTS) by shift, SOLDE (BALANCE), DÛ NON PAYÉ (OWED, NOT PAID), RECETTES AUTRES (OTHER TAKINGS; one mode per line, OFFERT — COMPLIMENTARY, CRÉDIT JOUEUR — PLAYER CREDIT), RECETTE BRUTE (GROSS TAKINGS) and RECETTE NETTE (NET TAKINGS).
- One column per venue: its name, its currency, how fresh its figures are, and the « écart tiroir » (drawer difference) or « Σ ≠ journée » (Σ ≠ day) badges where relevant. Clicking the name opens the same sheet in the venue, for the same period.
- One total column per currency: « Total … » when all the venues in that currency are counted, « Total partiel … » (Partial total …) otherwise, with « N salles sur M » (N venues out of M).
- An unreachable venue is greyed out « non mesuré » (not measured) and stays out of the total; a late venue is counted, flagged in orange. « - » means the venue does not have this line.
- During the day, the provisoire (provisional) badge: the figures change until the end of the shifts.
On a phone, each venue becomes a Recette nette (Net takings) tile; tapping it opens its takings. The export button gives the sheet as PDF, Excel or CSV.
Machines of all venues
Section titled “Machines of all venues”The Machines report for all venues at once, with the same tabs as in a venue: Par jeu (By game), Par marque (By brand), Revenus (Income), Gains / pertes (Wins / losses), Journalier (Daily), Par heure (By hour; one venue at a time).
- Filters: Dénomination (Denomination), Type (SAS, Pièces (pulse) — Coins (pulse)), Retirer les filtres (Clear filters); depending on the tab, Regrouper par (Group by: Jeu — Game, Marque — Brand, Dénomination — Denomination, Groupe — Group) or the ranking (Tout le classement — Full ranking, top / bottom 5, 10 or 20).
- At the top, the Revenu (Income), Mises (Bets), Hold réel (Actual hold; or Win %) tiles and the active machines.
- A venue that could not be read is « Salle non mesurée — hors total » (Venue not measured — left out of the total). The period goes up to 400 days.
Company trends
Section titled “Company trends”With Toutes les salles (All venues), Salle en direct (Live floor) has a Tendances (Trends) tab (finance has the Tendances entry in the menu).
