Money

The Argent (Money) tab shows the venues’ money as each venue calculates it: the app recalculates nothing, and the figures are the same as in the back office. It is read-only; the only possible actions are those of the Coffre (Safe; see Approve from your phone). Amounts stay in each venue’s currency, never converted; times are to the second, in the venue’s time zone.

The tab does not appear for security or for the technician.

All venues

With Toutes les salles (All venues) at the top of the screen:

Recette du jour (Today’s takings): one card per currency, Recette brute (Gross takings; provisoire — provisional — badge during the day) and Recette nette (Net takings).
Salles (Venues): one card per venue — gross and net takings, Caisses ouvertes (Open registers) and their cash, Coffre (Safe), and in orange what is waiting (« 2 sorties du coffre à valider » — 2 safe outflows to approve, « 1 paiement manuel à régler » — 1 manual payment to settle). Tapping a card selects the venue.
Compagnie (Company): Trésorerie de la compagnie (Company treasury).

One venue

Once the venue is chosen, the tab shows, at the top, how fresh the figures are and the current gaming day (« · shift … en cours » — shift … in progress), then one card per screen. Tap a card to open it; ‹ Retour (‹ Back) goes back. On a tablet, the list stays on the left and the screen opens on the right.

Takings

The venue’s takings sheet, the same as in the back office (see Takings).

◀ Journée précédente (Previous day) and Journée suivante ▶ (Next day) change the gaming day; the current day is marked « · en cours » (in progress) and never goes further.
Par shift (By shift) or Par caisse (By register): the day’s details.
A line with sub-lines shows Voir le détail (N) (See details (N)): tap it to open them.
During the day: « Provisoire — la journée est en cours : les montants bougent jusqu’à sa fin. » (Provisional — the day is in progress: the amounts change until it ends.).
The venue’s checks appear in orange, for example « Contrôle des tiroirs : le SOLDE de la feuille ne correspond pas aux mouvements des tiroirs. » (Drawer check: the sheet’s BALANCE does not match the drawer movements.).

Machines (report by group)

The venue’s Machines report, the one in the back office (Rapports → Machines — Reports → Machines, grouped by machine group), with the same figures and the same labels (see Machine reports).

The period: En cours (Current; the gaming day in progress, provisional), Précédente (Previous), or Dates. Dates opens the Choisir les journées (Choose the days) calendar: tap the first day, then the last one, then Afficher (Show). The period line (« Journées de jeu du 01/10/2026 au 21/10/2026 (21) » — Gaming days from 01/10/2026 to 21/10/2026 (21)) has a Modifier (Edit) link.
Total de la salle (Venue total), then Par groupe de machines (By machine group): for each group, its Caisse (Register: Entrées — In, Sorties — Out, Recette — Takings, Offerts — Complimentary) and its Compteurs (Meters: Parties — Games, Mises — Bets, Win brut — Gross win, Jackpots payés à la main — Jackpots paid by hand, Revenu — Income, Hold réel % — Actual hold %, Mise moyenne — Average bet, Mises / jour — Bets / day).
Voir les machines (N) (See the machines (N)) expands the group’s machines, one card per machine (« N° D-07 », its game); Masquer les machines (Hide the machines) collapses them.
A pulse machine shows « non mesurable » (not measurable) for what its meters do not publish. An incomplete total says so: « Compteurs : total partiel — … » (Meters: partial total — …).

Day closing

The day’s closing sheet, adapted to the phone (see Day closing sheet): the header (FDC ouverture — Opening float, Appro Bureau — Office supply), the Totaux de la journée (Day totals: Achats — Purchases, Paiements — Payments, Espèces comptées (caisses clôturées) — Cash counted (closed registers), Écart net — Net difference, Non remboursé — Not refunded), the Espèces par shift (Cash by shift), the machine groups, then one card per register or tablet, the most recent at the top. The day arrows work as in Takings.

If the venue does not use it, the card does not appear, or the screen says « La « Fermeture de la journée » n’est pas activée dans cette salle (back-office de la salle → Paramètres → Rapports). » (“Fermeture de la journée” is not turned on in this venue (venue back office → Settings → Reports).).

Registers

En cours (In progress): each open main register — Tiroir (Drawer), Théorique (Expected), Entrées (In), Sorties (Out), « ouverte à … » (opened at …).
Clôturées — journée du … (Closed — day of …): Compté (Counted) and Écart (Difference; « Manque 5 000 Ar » — Short 5,000 Ar, « Excédent 2 000 Ar » — Over 2,000 Ar, « Juste » — Exact), « clôturée par … » (closed by …), and the « clôture forcée » (forced close) badge where relevant.

Tap a register for its record: its state, its Fond d’ouverture (Opening float), its drawer, its Rapport X (X report; open register) or its Ticket de clôture (Closing receipt; closed register), Par mode de paiement (By payment mode), then the Mouvements du tiroir (Drawer movements), the most recent at the top (Charger plus — Load more — for the rest). Safe

Solde du coffre (Safe balance; « sous le seuil » — below threshold — badge below the alert threshold), Seuil d’alerte (Alert threshold), Validation au-delà de (Approval above), the last count and its difference, « Inventaire en retard » (Count overdue).
Demandes des caisses (Register requests): refill requests (Coffre → caisse — Safe → register) and drop requests (Caisse → coffre — Register → safe), grouped into En attente (Pending), Autorisées, à exécuter (Authorized, to carry out) and Refusées (Refused), with Autoriser (Authorize) and Refuser (Refuse).
Quand personne ne répond (When no one answers): Réserve du jour (Day’s reserve), Personne de garde (Person on duty), Auto-validation (Auto-approval).
Sorties à valider (Outflows to approve): the safe outflows waiting for an administrator, with Valider (Approve) and Refuser (Refuse).
Mouvements — journée du … (Movements — day of …): the safe movements, the most recent at the top, with « validée par … » (approved by …) and « Solde après » (Balance after).

Manual payments

Two tabs: À régler (To settle; pending manual payments, SAS and pulse machines; « montant à déclarer » — amount to declare — when the amount is not known yet) and Réglés de la journée (Settled today; « Réglé … par … » — Settled … by …, the register and the mode). The list shows the 50 most recent; the rest is in the back office. Settling a manual payment is done at the counter (see Manual payments).

Company treasury

For each currency: Coffres + transit (Safes + transit: Coffres — Safes, En transit — In transit), Espèces des salles (Venues’ cash), Pertes déclarées (Declared losses); then the Alertes de transfert (Transfer alerts) between venues and each venue’s card (Coffre — Safe, Caisses ouvertes — Open registers, Espèces de la salle — Venue cash, « état au … » — state at …). A venue with no figure is « non mesurée, hors total » (not measured, left out of the total); a venue counted on its last state is marked « Dernier connu » (Last known). Treasury decisions are made in the online back office (see Group treasury).
