Getting started
The venue back office (BO) opens in a web browser, on any computer on the venue network. You use it to monitor the venue, set up the machines, check the money and produce the reports. Each person sees only the screens for their role.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”- Open the back office address your technician gave you. The screen shows LUCKY TOUCH and, under the title, “Back-office ·” followed by the name of your venue.
- Enter your Identifiant (Username) and your Mot de passe (Password).
- Click Se connecter (Sign in). You land on the home screen for your role (see the table below).
What the sign-in screen can tell you:

Choose a new password
Section titled “Choose a new password”When an administrator has reset your password, the Choisir un nouveau mot de passe (Choose a new password) screen appears as soon as you sign in: nothing else opens before you complete it.
- In Mot de passe donné par l’administrateur (Password given by the administrator), enter the temporary password.
- Enter the Nouveau mot de passe (New password), then Nouveau mot de passe, une seconde fois (New password, again).
- Click Enregistrer le nouveau mot de passe (Save the new password).
To change it yourself later: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Changer mon mot de passe (Change my password). You are asked for your current password, and your other sessions (other computers) are closed.
The left-hand menu
Section titled “The left-hand menu”The menu shows only the screens for your role: an entry you cannot use does not appear (it is never greyed out). It mixes two kinds of lines: top-level entries, which open their screen directly, and groups, which open with one click onto their entries. A group that would have only one entry for your role is shown as a plain entry. A numbered badge flags what is waiting for action (alerts, uncertain transfers, manual payments, unfunded intakes, and so on).

For finance, which does not open the Salle en direct (Live floor) grid, Tendances (Trends) is a top-level entry, at the top of the menu.

Your account menu
Section titled “Your account menu”Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar (or the role badge at the top right on a tablet or phone):
- Thème (Theme): Clair (Light) or Sombre (Dark).
- Tableaux (Tables): Compacts (Compact) or Confortables (Comfortable) (the row spacing).
- Changer mon mot de passe (Change my password).
- Mon code de validation (My approval code) (operations only): see My approval code.
- Se déconnecter (Sign out): closes the session on this computer; your other computers stay signed in.
The banners at the top of the screen
Section titled “The banners at the top of the screen”- Alert summary: on every screen (except Live floor and Alerts, which have their own), the number of unacknowledged alerts, the most urgent one and since when. Click it to open it. See Alerts.
- Temps réel interrompu (Live updates interrupted): the back office has lost its live link with the server. It retries on its own (“nouvel essai dans … s”, retrying in … s) and says since when the data on screen has been frozen. Réessayer maintenant (Retry now) tries again straight away.
- Mise à jour du serveur en cours (Server update in progress): the venue server is updating. Nothing can be saved during this time; any entry you are typing stays on screen. The banner gives the expected time of return, and Vérifier maintenant (Check now) runs the test again. When the server is back, the back office says “Le serveur est de retour” (The server is back) and reloads the screen.
- Le serveur est passé en (The server has moved to) (new version): the version changed while the page was open. Copy down any entry in progress, then click Recharger la page (Reload the page).
- Fait depuis le BO en ligne (Done from the online back office): an action decided on the platform has been applied in the venue (or “Refusé — action depuis le BO en ligne”, Refused — action from the online back office).
