One venue or all venues

The online back office shows the same screens as each venue’s back office, plus a venue picker and the Compagnie (Company) menu group. You look either at one venue, exactly as if you were on site, or at all venues together. What you see is the venue’s state at a given date and time; when you act, it is the venue that carries out the action.

Choose the venue

At the top of the screen, the Salle (Venue) picker offers Toutes les salles (N) (All venues (N)), then each venue (followed by « (arrêtée) » — (stopped) — if the platform has stopped it). Changing venue keeps the screen open. The browser remembers your last choice.

With Toutes les salles (All venues):

Salle en direct (Live floor) becomes the Toutes les salles (All venues) dashboard: Par salle (By venue), Totaux (Totals), Alertes de toutes les salles (Alerts from all venues), and the En direct (Live) / Tendances (Trends) tabs (see Group takings and machines).
Alertes (Alerts) lists the alerts of all venues.
The Grand livre (General ledger) and the Clôtures (Period closes) show the company (see Group accounting).
The entries Recettes des salles (Venue takings), Machines (toutes les salles) (Machines (all venues)), Trésorerie (Treasury) and Résultat (Result) exist only here.
Any other screen says « Cet écran montre une salle à la fois, exactement comme au back-office de la salle. Choisissez laquelle : » (This screen shows one venue at a time, exactly as in the venue back office. Choose which one:) and lists the venues.

A few venue screens are not offered online: Utilisateurs (Users; replaced by People), Postes de caisse (Register devices), Tests des machines (Machine tests) and Sauvegardes (Backups; « Au back-office de la salle seulement » — In the venue back office only).

Read how fresh the figures are

At the top of each venue screen, a line says how old the figures are: « État de la salle au 14:32:05 » (Venue state at 14:32:05), in the venue’s time zone (« · dernier connu » — last known — if the state is old, « jamais synchronisée — non mesuré » — never synced — not measured — if nothing has arrived yet). Depending on the screen: « relevés et parties au … » (readings and games at …) or « état en direct : instantané il y a … » (live state: snapshot … ago).

Banner	What it means
Salle hors ligne (Venue offline)	No contact with the platform since the time shown. The venue works on its own. Your settings and decisions go on hold; live actions are refused.
Dernier connu (Last known)	The venue’s latest updates are late: the figures are those of the time shown.
Données de la salle non fiables (Venue data not reliable)	The platform has stopped the venue; what is shown is the last state received before the stop.
Actions en ligne indisponibles (Online actions unavailable)	Followed by the reason (see below).

Act remotely

Every button that changes something (a setting, an approval, a decision) goes as an order to the venue, which carries it out in your name, with your rights in that venue. Two cases:

Live actions (on a machine or a counter) do not wait: if the venue is offline, they are refused — « La salle … est hors ligne (…) : cette action agit sur une machine ou un guichet en direct, elle n’est pas mise en attente — faites-la au BO de la salle ou réessayez à son retour. » (Venue … is offline (…): this action works live on a machine or a counter, it is not put on hold — do it in the venue back office or try again when the venue is back.)
Other actions wait for the venue: « … l’action est en attente et sera appliquée à son retour. Suivez-la (ou annulez-la) dans « Actions en cours ». » (… the action is on hold and will be applied when the venue is back. Follow it (or cancel it) in “Actions en cours”.). An action that is never applied ends up expiring, without changing anything.

Actions in progress

The Actions en cours (Actions in progress) button (next to the picker; Actions on a phone) carries the number of actions not yet completed. It opens the list of what you did online, and what the venue did with it: En cours (In progress), then Terminées (Finished).

State	What it means
envoyée à la salle (sent to the venue)	The venue is about to receive it.
en attente — salle hors ligne (on hold — venue offline)	It will leave when the venue is back, in order.
appliquée (applied)	The venue carried it out.
refusée par la salle (refused by the venue)	With the reason given by the venue.
expirée (expired)	« Expirée sans être appliquée : rien n’a changé dans la salle. » (Expired without being applied: nothing changed in the venue.)
annulée (cancelled)	« Annulée par … » (Cancelled by …)

To withdraw a pending action, click Annuler (Cancel) on its line — possible as long as it has not been handed to the venue (« Remise à la salle : elle l’exécute (plus annulable). » — Handed to the venue: it is carrying it out (can no longer be cancelled).).
Ouvrir l’écran → (Open the screen →) takes you back to the screen the action came from.
Retirer les actions terminées (Remove finished actions) clears the list.

Only the author of an action and the owner can cancel it. Orders for the whole company are listed in Compagnie → Ordres (Company → Orders; owner, administrators).

When online actions are blocked

The Actions en ligne indisponibles (Online actions unavailable) banner says why:

online actions are frozen by the owner (see below);
the venue is stopped by the platform: nothing is possible online until the publisher has unblocked it;
you have no account in this venue (venue being adopted, or access removed);
the venue does not yet carry out actions made online (earlier version): update it, or do the action in the venue back office;
the subscription no longer allows writing (see Subscription).

Freeze online actions

The owner can, in one action, forbid every online action on all venues (for example if there is a doubt about an account). The venues keep working; actions are then done in each venue’s back office.

Paramètres → Plateforme (Settings → Platform; online, the screen is called Réglages de la compagnie — Company settings), Actions en ligne (Online actions) section.
Geler les actions en ligne… (Freeze online actions…), write the reason (at least 5 characters), then Geler (Freeze).
Everywhere, the Actions en ligne gelées (Online actions frozen) banner appears.
To go back: Lever le gel… (Lift the freeze…; or the banner’s Lever le gel → link), then confirm.

Administrators see « Seul le propriétaire gèle ou lève le gel. » (Only the owner freezes or lifts the freeze.).
