Takings

The sheet the owner used to keep by hand every day: how much cash came in, how much went out, what the other modes brought in. It is a cash flow sheet: each movement counts at the time the money moved, in the mode it moved in. Cashiers do not have access to it.

By default, the screen shows the current gaming day, in real time: it updates when money moves, with the banner « Provisoire — shift en cours » (Provisional — shift in progress). The header gives the gaming day number (« Journée de jeu n° 100 du … », Gaming day no. 100 of …).

Line What it counts
RECETTE ESPÈCES (cash takings) Cash intakes, minus leftovers returned to the player in notes. One line per shift (or per register), then the total.
PAIEMENTS (payments) Money paid out in cash, at the time of payment: withdrawals paid, manual payments, counter payouts, debts paid at the counter.
SOLDE (balance) Cash takings minus payments.
DÛ NON PAYÉ (owed, unpaid) For information, outside the balance: what the venue still owed at the end of the gaming day (manual payments that occurred, open debts).
RECETTES AUTRES (other takings) One line per non-cash mode counted in takings (mobile money, card, cheque…), then OFFERT (complimentary) and CRÉDIT JOUEUR (player credit), then their total.
RECETTE BRUTE (gross takings) Balance + total of other takings.
RECETTE NETTE (net takings) Gross takings − complimentary − player credit: the money actually taken in.

The formula is shown under the sheet; the payments rule and the other notes unfold under Notes. A dash “-” is a real zero; “—” or an empty cell means not measured (shift still to come), never zero. Negative amounts are written according to the venue’s setting, for example “−9,000 Ar”.

The Détail (Breakdown) selector offers par shift (by shift) or par caisse (by register). By default, a venue with a single shift sees the breakdown by register, the others by shift.

  • by shift: each line that moved is broken down by shift (“Jour”, “Soir”… — Day, Evening…).
  • by register: each line is broken down by register session, with its holder and its times, for example « Caisse de Caissière A 14:26:27 → 18:37:57 » (Cashier A’s register); a register still open ends with « → en cours » (→ in progress). A tablet has its own line. Each session opens its record. A share no register made (for example a top-up decided in the back office) appears on a Hors caisse (Outside register) line, never as a silent discrepancy.

The sum of the sub-lines always equals the line, to the cent.

  1. Change gaming day with the arrows, or choose a period (up to 93 gaming days), or a shortcut Mois en cours (Current month), Mois précédent (Previous month).
  2. On a period, turn on Par jour (Per day) to get one column per gaming day and a Période (Period) column (up to 7 gaming days; beyond that, stacked cards).
  3. Click Exporter (Export) then PDF, Excel or CSV: the file shows exactly what the screen shows, breakdown included.

When all is well, a small note says so: « ✓ contrôlé : solde = mouvement des tiroirs » (✓ checked: balance = drawer movement). Otherwise, a banner appears:

  • Contrôle des tiroirs : écart (Drawer check: discrepancy) — the balance does not match what the drawers actually saw that day; the note gives the amount. Look at the gaming day’s register sessions.
  • Somme des shifts ≠ journée — défaut du logiciel, à signaler (Sum of shifts ≠ gaming day — software fault, to report) — tell the vendor.
