Install and sign in
Lucky Touch Admin is the app for the owner and the managers: every venue of the company in your pocket, with alerts, money and remote approvals. It connects to your company’s online platform, never directly to a venue. You sign in once; after that, the app opens with your fingerprint, your face or your 6-digit code.
You need a company account with online access: a company code, a username and an online password (see Signing in online). This account is created in the online back office (see People). A register account alone is not enough.
Install the app
Section titled “Install the app”- Install Apple’s TestFlight app from the App Store.
- Open the invitation your reseller sent you, then tap Accept and Install in TestFlight.
- Open Lucky Touch Admin from the home screen.
- On the phone, open the invitation link your reseller sent you.
- Accept the invitation, then install Lucky Touch Admin.
- Open the app from the app list.
An app update keeps you signed in: you do not have to sign in again.
Check the platform address
Section titled “Check the platform address”At the bottom of the sign-in screen, the line Plateforme · … (Platform · …) shows which platform the app will connect to. By default, it is the Lucky Touch platform. Change it only if your reseller gave you your platform’s address.
- Tap Modifier (Edit, next to the address), or Réglages (Settings) at the top right.
- In Adresse de la plateforme (Platform address), type the address you received. It starts with
https://(you can leave it out: the app adds it). - Tap Enregistrer (Save). The screen confirms « Adresse enregistrée. » (Address saved.).
- Tap ‹ Retour (‹ Back) to return to the sign-in screen.
Adresse par défaut (Default address) puts back the Lucky Touch platform (« Adresse par défaut rétablie. » — Default address restored.).
Once you are signed in, the address can no longer be changed: Réglages → Plateforme (Settings → Platform) shows « Pour changer de plateforme, déconnectez-vous d’abord. » (To change platform, sign out first.).
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”- Compagnie (Company): your company code (given with your account).
- Identifiant (Username) and Mot de passe (Password): your online password, the one for the online back office (not the one for the venue back office). Afficher (Show) displays the password while you type.
- Tap Se connecter (Sign in).
- If your account has a second factor, the Code de vérification (Verification code) screen opens: type the 6-digit code shown by your authenticator app. The check starts by itself at the 6th digit (or tap Valider — Confirm).
- If your role requires a second factor and you do not have one yet, the Activer le second facteur (Turn on the second factor) screen opens (see below).
Then, only once on this phone:
- on an Android phone where the “Lucky Caisse” register app is also installed, the question « Cet appareil est-il une caisse partagée au guichet ? » (Is this device a shared register at the counter?);
- choosing your 6-digit code (see App code and biometrics) — nothing else opens before that;
- on the Home screen, the card Recevoir les alertes sur ce téléphone (Get alerts on this phone): tap Activer les notifications (Turn on notifications), then accept the phone’s request (see Notifications).
Turn on the second factor from the phone
Section titled “Turn on the second factor from the phone”- Install an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator…) if you do not have one.
- The screen shows the Clé à ajouter (Key to add), in groups of 4 characters. Tap Copier la clé (Copy key; « Clé copiée. » — Key copied.), then, in the authenticator app, add an account by pasting this key.
- Come back to Lucky Touch Admin and type, in Code, the 6 digits shown by the authenticator app.
Retour (Back) takes you back to the password screen.

When the app asks for the password again
Section titled “When the app asks for the password again”You stay signed in. The password is asked again only after a sign-out, a removed device, a long absence, or a biometrics change. The sign-in screen says why, for example:
- « Nouvelle empreinte ou nouveau visage sur ce téléphone : redonnez votre mot de passe. » (New fingerprint or new face on this phone: enter your password again.) — your 6-digit code is kept;
- « Cet appareil a été déconnecté de votre compte … : reconnectez-vous. » (This device was signed out of your account …: sign in again.) — with the date and the reason (see My devices);
- « Application pas ouverte depuis trop longtemps : reconnectez-vous avec votre mot de passe. » (App not opened for too long: sign in again with your password.);
- « Session fermée (mot de passe, rôle ou second facteur changé, ou « tout fermer ») : reconnectez-vous. » (Session closed (password, role or second factor changed, or “close everything”): sign in again.);
